This is a good printer for basic printing. Prints black and white decently, but color printing can look slightly faded and not as bright as expected, but admittedly I didn't buy this for color print. I wanted a printer with ADF and duplex printing, and this is a decently priced printer with those functions. Set up was a little more complicated than with a more expensive Canon I have, and the display and prompts take a little getting used to. Can't comment on ink usage yet. At the current price point and features, I would recommend this printer.

The Brother Printer has All the right features for a very affordable price. Print quality is excellent and relatively quiet operation. Setup is a little difficult in that the instructions are not real clear for some functions. Once you install the correct driver, the operation is very smooth. For the price this printer is hard to beat.

Took off a star because it took HOURS over two days to get it up and running. Between me trying to do it myself, Total Tech support, FIOS support, back to Total Tech and, when they couldn’t get it fixed, Brother support…. It probably added up to a total of 8 hours total. Now that it’s working, I love it but it certainly is t plug and play.

This was a bit challenging to set up. I feel the directions could be explained better. I did finally figure it out and add son as I did, this machine works great!

This Brother all-in-printer is great. It prints cleanly, without any issues. It was relatively inexpensive. It’s perfect for my small business needs. My previous Brother printer was over ten years old before difficulty developed. Very satisfied with my new Brother printer.

this is a lovely little machine. Installation was simple and straightforward, It is our second Brother printer the first served us well for 11 years. That is a long good life for anything electronic in this day and age. When it came time to replace it we did not consider switching brands or merchants. We purchased our first Brother ink jet printer at Best Buy and did not hesitate to look for our second one at the same store. We are fully confident that we shall not need to replace this one for at least ten years. The price was good and the sales person was helpful and we are happy.

The Borther Work Smart 1360 is very easy to set up and use All-in-One wireless, Color, Inkjet printer that is very compact in size for a very low price. The app is useful, and the paper hopper is great for such a small device. Print quality is excellent, and ink replacement cost is more reasonable than for most competitive printers.

I bought this specifically to print out my complicated tax forms. It was a choice between buying a printer or getting my forms printed out elsewhere and this was highly raved for the price. And my goodness, this thing SAVED me. The BEST choice I've made this year! I had so many last minute changes to make and this printer handled it beautifully. The only mildly annoying thing is that it is meant to be connected to a PC, not so much a Mac computer. That's OK, I just sent everything to the Brother app on my phone. I was panicking because the black ink ran out really quickly, but in the end, a lot of the ink had gone to the ink reservoir that I could use, and I got about 90 pages of forms printed out, along with 40 extra pages of forms that I tossed away due to mistakes so VERY happy with that! The paper tray design was very smart and the whole thing is nice and compact, and looks sleek. No technical issues at, everything ran smoothly, setup was a bit long but smooth, you basically followed the instructions. Very happy. THANK YOU!

This printer is amazing, doesn't take long to print copies, make gift cards, very quiet when incoming fax, its a plain great purchase for a home.

Easy to use. Easy to fit on desks. Easy to connect and quality printing

Wireless set up was a little difficult. Printer is working fine. Green light keeps blinking even when printer is off.

prints fine but had to get Geek Squad to set to print. Instructions where found were little help. Definite not plug and play. Just putting in wifi password was mysterious.

The printer works great once you get it set up. Instructions were terrible. I had to watch a you tube video to find out how to properly set it up. Once completed it worked great.

It does not feel as solid as an HP, but so far it works fine. It was cheaper, maybe you get what you paid for, or maybe it was an incredible value. So far, other than the slightly complicated (but not impossible) set up, I am very satisfied.

While this is a printer with many features, it was very very difficult to install compared to the previous Brother that I had. Previously, the computer detected a new add-on and asked if it should be activated and you replied "yes" and you were done. This printer required almost 2 hours of difficult installation. Later, an update was downloaded and once again it would not work until ... the update was deleted! Lately manufacturers are making it more and more difficult to do things that were once very simple to do. Another example of this is alarm clocks.

Nice printer hooked up real easy. Quality and ease of use!

Best overall printer you can buy. I only recommend this to anyone who asks me what to buy. These are also the ones I deploy at work when employees need printers at home. The ink is almost 50% less than other brands. The printer is also a great size and easy to setup and use.

I specifically purchased this wonder of a printer because I have two other inkjet tank printers that would have heather not clean print on envelopes . In other words I needed a new printer that would print superbly and this one is exceptional if you need an extra printer lets say to print envelopes from , I am very pleased and happy having this new Brother printer . I recommend it as a must purchase if you are going to print No 10 envelopes for mailing work . Have a terrific day everyone.
