This Epson is sadly inadequate. It has no capability to copy from iPads and iPhones, no ability to print PDF documents.however the worst thing is the tiny view screen for setting up the printer.But worse than that, you have to hit the keys numerous times to get it to type in data . Finally there is no guide to help maneuver which arrow you press to assist your entry which leads to lots of entry mistakes. Then if you hit the wrong arrow to cancel and fix the entry error, you lose all of your data. This is not a joke, I must have redone my network set up at least 10 times. But worst of all any support is totally useless. I spent probably spent at least 6 hours on the phone repeating “ I did not understand a word you said” . And never mind asking for another person, they are all the same. One of the most miserable tasks I have ever undertaken.

Good printer, but not as good as my previous Brother printer MFC-J870DW, which had more options. One advantage over the previous printer is that it can handle legal size paper.

So far so good. Printers are one of those things that seem to need replacing every couple of years. This one was easy to install. Only drawback is it is quite slow and makes a bit of noise.

This was a great purchase. It was very easy to operate with the geek squad guides.

Overall i'm glad I purchased the brother printer. I like being able to print from home. I'm not too tech savvy and was able to connect a cord from the printer to my laptop and was able to easily print what I needed.

Was easy to setup and use. Was able to mak copies right out of the box.

I had this printer a few weeks and it has performed without any issues. I have done a fair amount of printing of pictures and documents.

This Is a good printer the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 for ease of use is because it was a little difficult for me to upload the software to my computer. I have to uninstall and reinstall the software to my computer.

I was able to get it set up and working without having a psychological meltdown. I need a printer/copier for limited home use and at $110 this printer is a bargain.

Easy to set up and worked first time. This printer replaces an Epson that was nothing but trouble.

I have only used it once so far and it’s been helpful. At first there was a printing issue but then my husband was able to figure it out and after that no problems.

A good printer. Perfect for my location which is a built in book shelf arrangement, only about 12" of vertical space. Wireless printing worked right from first print, without any IT heroics necessary.

This is my second Brother copy/scanner. In-between i bought an HP, which never mer expectations. Brother is easy to set up and printing from PC, Tablet or Phone is a breeze
