It was an easy set up. Both color and Black & White printing were good but the ink runs out quickly. Text is clear, and the color graphics came out accurately with no smearing or graininess. The two-sided printing feature is reliable and a must-have for me. The Work Smart 1360 is a good choice for anyone who needs a dependable, high-quality, and frustration-free home printer.

My 2nd brother machine at this price range. I don't understand how they make an auto feed machine that will flip and print on both sides so inexpensive. Print quality is fantastic. Photocopier is amazing and making prints of photographs via copier is great quality for framing. A++. Easy setup, so easy

This is a good printer for basic printing. Prints black and white decently, but color printing can look slightly faded and not as bright as expected, but admittedly I didn't buy this for color print. I wanted a printer with ADF and duplex printing, and this is a decently priced printer with those functions. Set up was a little more complicated than with a more expensive Canon I have, and the display and prompts take a little getting used to. Can't comment on ink usage yet. At the current price point and features, I would recommend this printer.

I specifically purchased this wonder of a printer because I have two other inkjet tank printers that would have heather not clean print on envelopes . In other words I needed a new printer that would print superbly and this one is exceptional if you need an extra printer lets say to print envelopes from , I am very pleased and happy having this new Brother printer . I recommend it as a must purchase if you are going to print No 10 envelopes for mailing work . Have a terrific day everyone. So far, so good. It was my first printer setup using an app on my phone. It took a little extra time, but the connection to both my laptops worked after I got the hang of it.

Very easy setup. Connected to my wifi without a problem and my windows, apple and linux machines had no issues printing to it.

Great printer for the price. It is very good quality super easy set up works with all operating systems. Only con is that the color is not as bright has I would have liked.

I needed a way to scan and to print in color. It was very easy to setup and to use. Because it is wireless, it was easy to use with my laptop (no wires to connect).

Absolutely love my brothers printer. Mild in sound, prints bright pages, no smearing. Price was a little over $100 but absolutely worth it

I bought this for personal use. I've had previous Brother printers and have always had great luck with them! I used the front panel set up, which is said to be not as easy as setup from the app. Despite this, it was still quick and easy to set up. My usage needs are very low, I've only printed a few pages in the past few weeks. Based on printing on standard inkjet paper I'm not sure how great graphic quality will be, but if you're not looking for a photo printer I think this will suit your needs well!

Great size, easy to set up. The black isn't as dark as my previous printer but ideally it saves ink that way.

Good so far. Had some issues during initial set up trying to use the LCD screen. Found it MUCH easier to use the phone app instead. Brother Customer Service could not help with using the LCD screen setup. Scan and print quality is good. Replaces an HP printer which I have just had it with. Four star ease of use reflects my setup experience but once that's done it is easy to use.

Fairly easy set-up; we set it up through our phone. It did take about 15-20 minutes but has been working great! It's a good color inkjet printer for home use so far (we've had it less than a week), but we did switch to the Brother brand from always having an HP all-in-one printers in the past based on a Brother laserjet we have had for years! Hopefully this will have a longer life for us as well.

Easy to set up with Win11 set up process. Print quality looks good. Ongoing software updates are easy to apply. I had my last Brother MFC printer for 12 years and it still worked. Just time to get the latest model. Printers are inexpensive; the real cost is ink. Brother ink (or 3rd party) is pretty reasonably priced.

Arrived fast! Printer set up was easy. Quiet and easy to use.

The Brother printer was the 3rd printer I purchased within a month. The 2 HP Printers were a mess. The first one actually died, and the second one had problems also. So I bought the Brother. The printer is working well after Tan came from the Geek Squad and connected it to my laptop. Although there are multiple buttons on the front of the printer that I don't know what they are for, and there were no printer instructions to tell about it. Maybe Brother has a list. When I have some extra time, I'll contact them.

For years i have been purchasing Canon and HP printers, thinking they were probably the best. I tried Brother as it was the best price and on sale. I have been absolutely thrilled with this purchase! It is faster and easier to use than either the two previous printers i mentioned. Thoroughly satisfied.
