I really heard great things about brother printers in general. It is a very convenient printer and easy to set up

The best decision I made was to get this printer. Can’t forget to mention the staff who helped me pick this one. The machine can fast scan documents for me, photocopy , print and even has the mobile app that I can print straight from my phone. All guests in my office can print as long as they’re connected to my internet. Wow

Just put this printer on line. So far I am extremely happy with the quality of the printer and the printed pages it produces.

The copies are very clear and the print is just right. The price was excellent for a copier that works so well.

I like how compact it is and how easily it fits on the bookshelf. I’m happy with the purchase.

Was a little difficult to set up, but seems to be working fine now. The printer seems to print well. The Brothers app didn’t set up properly so I don’t have that. I did not like that BestBuy doesn’t keep the toner in stock. I have to order it and it worries me that I’ll be left without while waiting.

Took off a star because it took HOURS over two days to get it up and running. Between me trying to do it myself, Total Tech support, FIOS support, back to Total Tech and, when they couldn’t get it fixed, Brother support…. It probably added up to a total of 8 hours total. Now that it’s working, I love it but it certainly is t plug and play.

Great printer with great features. Love the wireless print and scan feature. Great print quality too.

Finally a printer at a good price that is easy to set up and the wireless connection works great. And it powers up when you hit print after it has been off for some time, No more getting up and going to the room where the printer is to turn it on manually. And Best Buy had it to me in one day with free shipping.

Setup was pretty easy, work fine. The only issue is the quality of prints for photos could be a little better but appart from that its great for what I want it for. Its a good buy for the price

Would be 5 stars if the instructions were complete. The instructions advised users not go on the computer but to go on their smart phone. Set up on the computer is the way to go. The printer is wonderful. Works well as expected and if it is like my previous Brother printer will print on for years.
