Not worth it

I take apart half million dollar pieces of equipment for a living and rebuild them, this is not worth it.

Worst printer ever

I can't even get it to print now and I've only have this thing for like 3 weeks. Of course it's past the time that I can return it.

Terrible

Worked great for the first few months now it’s awful. It randomly chooses what it’s prints. Most documents come out half printed. We’ve tried new ink but it seems like an issue with the mechanics inside machine.

This is a great little printer!

Nah), I went back to Best Buy and found a wonderful printer! I not only looked thru the printers they had, but tried them out as far as: did I like their set up, could I understand their instrucs on the screen (much nicer /readable screen than Canon Pixma- whoops, I wasn't supposed to mention names), did I like their looks (yeh, that matters), and could I put more than 4-5 sheets of paper in them? This has a whole roomy tray to put paper in-- woo-hoo! So I bought it, got it home--easy setup, easy everything (except I still miss enclosed manuals!). And does NOT look cheap, like some others I could mention but won't. AND quiet? WOW. And fast? Oh yeh. It behaves like a professional printer should! And all for 59.99--well, tho now it's 49.99--snap it up, folks, it isn't going to get much better than this! Also- if you are looking for the ink cartridges- don't expect it to match the model no. That threw me at first. The ink cartridges for this baby are (for color) LC30113PKS meaning you get 3 cartridges of different colors. I am not sure what the black is yet but that shouldn't be hard to find. I Know Best Buy carries them. I won't use anything but Genuine inks now tho- as I ruined a great Brother printer some yrs ago with "compatible" ink spilling into it and it was too far gone to fix. My sis said she had the same problem, so it's very risky. The ink is not that expensive..not as expensive as some other printers (whose names will not be mentioned...;))..PS I would have given it all excellents in the breakdown but since it was reduced 10.00 a few days after I bought it, I am a tad disappointed. Still, was a really decent value even at 59.99.

It will not stay connected to internet wireless or wired. Troubleshot internet and no problem there. Reset printer multiple times and still same issue. This crap has to go back not worth the money time or Aggravation

Brand new printer that does not work

The printer worked for a week and then stopped. The help desk walk me through trouble shooting to no avail. I now have a brand new printer that doesn't work.

beware of generic carts

Almost impossible to set up[

junk do not buy this thing

I am 70 years old and i use it small things and this junk would not let me do that without fighting it.

Not exactly fast

Do not waste your money on this one!

Print quality is horrible. Embarrassing to be sold as a color printer. Black and white print quality is faded and poor.
