This is my first Brother printer. I have always used HP but I did not see one in my price range that wasn't a top feed operation. This one was priced right and the paper is fed from the bottom and enclosed. The printer seems to work good. I haven't tried to fax yet but scanner and printing is as expected. I do consider myself somewhat tech saavy, however,set up wasn't as easy as expected and I do not have an eight year old handy to do it for me either. Getting the printer to work with the usb connection was a snap, so printing directly from the desk top wasn't a problem but getting it set up wifi for my android phone and my kindle tablet took some effort. The wifi items couldn't find the printer. After about an hour and a half of fiddling around with restarting the computer and router, unplugging the printer and deleting and reinstalling apps , I finally bumped into the wifi direct connection on the printer. It kinda works like hooking the phone to the car through bluetooth. After that it works like a champ. This method is not covered in the quick start instructions or in the online troubleshooting directions. I was just about to call customer service when I found it on the printer. So far the item is good but the advanced setup instructions are not. May the wifi gods smile on you and if they don't try this fix.

This printer is very easy to use. We had no problem setting up on wireless. I am happy with thisprinter

Very easy to set up. I use it to print, copy and Fax. It does all three functions well. Ink is reasonably priced.

This printer does everything Copies,Scan,Prints and Faxes. Not bulky and does not take up a lot of room. Very reasonable price.

This printer doesn't take up to much space. Was very easy to connect to my laptop and the price was great!

When I bought this I didn't know it would get a bundle price when included with my laptop so was surprised when checking out received a $40 discount bringing it down to $50. This multi-function printer has all your needs and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time and quality. It uses individual ink tanks to save on ink costs. Printer drivers come on enclosed CD but can be downloaded if needed.

Printer is very easy to used and works fantastic ! Compact and wireless. Love that you can print from your phone.

I cannot speak for others but what I need is a color printer with reasonably priced ink. I don't do that much printing. I don't need nor use the scanner or the fax. The wireless function I use and is a great convenience. I liked the price very much and the design appears to be very good. I particularly like the paper drawer insuring the proper paper loading that prevents jambs. Yes I am very pleased with this printer
