The shipping was awesome and the customer service department was really very helpful with any questions or concerns that I had prior to the purchase of the printer. When Covid-19 hit and everything shut down the demand for these items were in high demand and everyone sold out, but Best Buy kept their prices low and kept items available for purchase!!!!!! Great Service Best Buy 100!!!!!

So far so good,ink usage is also good doesn't end up fast,I have subscribed to the Easy replenish from. est buy so the ink cartridges is automatically delivered to my home when it's out, But I wish they had it in stock 2 of the inks were out of stock so I'm waiting on it.
