It does what I need and it was much less expensive than some others I was shown in the store. The ink is also cheaper. The print quality may not be exactly photo quality, but I don't print photos at home anyway. I just wanted a basic, reliable, wifi capable printer, scanner, fax. This printer fits the bill for a reasonable price.

Works well, especially for price

Two-sided printing works well. Like the option of using the top feeder to make copies. Have not used it to print photos so I can’t comment on that aspect. Relatively noisy, if that makes a difference to you. Consumer Reports gave it a fairly high overall rating.

Great printer for everyday use

I saw the reviews on the brother work smart and it had all the things I needed. My daughter had bought one and informed me that it was an efficient printer for what they needed. I’m very happy with my purchase and it is a great little workhorse. I ordered it online and within five days received it! Thank you Best Buy for being so efficient.

Brother Quality.

Printer is good so far but it is a bit noisy which is my only drawback on the unit. Ink is a good value and will see how long it will last.
