Makes good prints, and I can copy and scan items, but it makes a lot of noise when operating. Almost impossible for us non-geeks to set up. Following all of the instructions, NOTHING WORKED. It literally took me several phone calls to various people and more than two weeks to get it right. Had to buy the extra cable because it would not work over WIFI, no matter what I tried. (I was only connecting an IMAC-no phone or IPAD) I don't need a good printer, just one that prints and scans, so this will do for now, but I would never recomend it.
