The set up DVD read as blank and it took two tries to download the drivers from the Brother site. No USB cable is included. The performance seems good so far but set up is not as intuitive as it could be.

Easy setup, love I can print from my computer without using a cord. But, it keeps giving an error message.

I use this primarily for copying, scanning, and printing. It has a fax feature as well but I do not use this function at the time. I have it connected using wifi and the process was easy and simple.

This is my third Brother printer and I can’t be happier with the purchase. Brother has consistently created printers with the same functionality, which makes it easy to operate without all the hassle of reading the manual each time. Would definitely buy again!

This printer was just what I was looking for. I've worked from home for several years and my last printer just gave up. while I don't print a lot, it does a good job when I need it. It has great image quality when scanning.

This printer is very loud and has to be restarted every use. But it does print fine, so it can be an aggravation but if you get a good deal it may be worth it to you.

Works well but definitely is a little slow in printing. Ink cartridge replacement is probably the most cost effective you can't really be choosy in a pandemic

Wasn't able to check it out in-person. It doesn't seem as solid as my previous HP but too early to tell how it will perform in the log run.

This is my 5th printer from Best Buy so far. Printer is excellent. No complaint so far. I love to visit Best Buy every week. Superb Customer services with knowledgeable staff. Printer we uses everyday in my business. No issue at all

It is fine for the price. I'm already needing to replace the black ink. But I needed something since I work from home and nothing else could be picked up sooner than this.

This printer is just okay. It has some nice features but can be tedious to work with because of not having a touchscreen. I have a computer tech background so I can make it work. It does seem to consume quite a bit of ink even when not being used due to the self cleaning routine it does to keep itself from clogging up. It will work but not the most attractive or economical printer. Next time I will go for a more higher end printer, getting away from ink cartridges and going with a more modern Ecotank printer.

All the other makes of printers I've had, break down after a few years, so I thought I'd try Brother. It was inexpensive, and feels like it could break easily, but I've figured out how to do everything I've needed to do. So far, so good.

My little work horse, I have made more progress since I had to move home and turn the volume on this machine over 1000%, The machine has really stood up. Excellent value for the money I paid for the machine.

The best thing about the printer it’s the ink management and the price. My old HP went through ink like crazy. If your looking for picture quality and user friendly printer this is not for you.

The purchase of this Brother printer is my second one. I have found that this is a quality product that is very flexible to operate. I would definitely recommend this printer to others. I have had this printer fr about 7 weeks.

Print quality is good, but it jams way too frequently. This printer is definitely not worth the hassle

The printer performs well enough, but like any previous Brother MFC if you lose connection or IP changes it can be daunting to get it reconnected and functioning scanner-wise without a full software reinstall.

Does its job with the usual strengths and weaknesses that Ink Jet printers all have. It's main strength is its low purchase price compared to a laser printer.

Works very well. Fits my space well for it's size. Prints quickly with quality color. Very viberant ink used in this product. Love the front display sreen & the fact it flips out for easy reading in each function.

Bought this for my dad who does not have a desktop/laptop and we were happy that it can connect via bluetooth to his mobile device. He really enjoys using this printer.
