Im so disappointed with best buy on this purchase. I bought this printer on line, said it would be ready in a couple of hours. It was closing time so I went first thing the next morning. The printer was ready but they didn’t have the ink I bought to go with it. I checked the shelves and they had a couple of small pkgs of black and no color. After I waited for the only sales person to finish helping a customer with 101 questions I was able to get his attention. He had no idea if the ink was on order but assured me that another cartridge would work, I purchased it and had them ship my prior purchase. In my opinion if you only have one person on the sales floor at least have product on the shelf. A printer works so much better when it has ink in it. I’m very frustrated with their lack of interest in trying to help their customers. In closing, Brother printers are great!

The printer is great for black copies but not for colored ones.

Needed to print at home. Have a similar model/make at work. Works fine. Wish the paper tray was larger capacity.

#1 printer. You cant ask for a better product. Easy set up perfect printing for 2 sided printing it flips paper. What more could you want plus wifi connectivity!!!!! Excellent

Good product and works well. The only issue that I had was that it was a little complicated to get connected to my wireless network. Took a little more time then I expected.

So far so good I like this printer but just like all printers the ink is way to expensive to replace I don't get it it's almost worth just buying a new printer then buying ink

I as m very happy with my new computer. Mine was old, so I needed to replace it. The geek squad came in and set it up. I went to best buy and followed the recommendations.

Easy to setup and works well for printing and scanning. Only negative is it is a little slow in printing compared to a few other printers I have owned.

Printer works great, and love that you can hook it up to wifi, and print from anywhere. Ink cartridges aren't extremely common, but they're not hard to find online for a decent price.

We bought this printer to help my kids with school work during a school closure. It works well on our wireless network. Have been happy with it so far.

Well we haven't used it. Still in the box. It looks a bit overwhelming so been procrastinating. Will update review when we unbox it and set up

Cute and compact. However the printing is very slow. And doesn't always connect to printer app

I used to have a brother printer and it lasted a long time and never broke or had issues. So I decided to go with brother again. So far I'm satisfied!

So far works fine. Seems like a very nice printer. I can't wait to try out all the various colors and hopefully the ink will last as long as other reviews I've read.

One of the best All in One Printers you will ever use and find. Great on ink. Never gives an issue. LET ME TELL YOU WHY THE ONE STAR REVIEW. Very difficult to find during these pathetic times we are all experiencing. Once available, they get sold quick. I happen to see it available a day ago, but delivery was too far out. As I kept refreshing the page, the date of delivery became closer, than it finally showed next day. I ordered it. And of course in Bestbuy fashion, in the middle of the night it says delivery will be delayed. Just like other companies Bestbuy deceives you into thinking you will get it when they state you will, only to bamboozle you by extending the delivery date to one not yet established. Take your money, but you don't get a printer when they said you would. Office Depot did the same thing to me recently, and I am still struggling to get my money back from them. Pathetic. Terrible business practice by these companies.

Very easy to use. Says it’s out of ink before it is, so ignore that, but doesn’t eat ink, like a previous printer.

Had I all the features I would ever need and scheduled software updates to keep it all working as it should.
