This is the second printer if it’s type we had. The first went screwy and wouldn’t print after a month or two. I had the Best Buy protection but quite honestly that was a bit of a joke and hassle to use. Couldn’t grab a printer off the shelf but had to have it delivered. Also needed to use AND buy protection again for the replacement which doesn’t seem right seeing as it failed once already. When you first get it, it’ll print great and seem like a good choice. However, only time will tell.
