This printer was very good. Downside was the delay in stock and availability. However, service was strong and the product is very good.

Printer is handicapped by a newly designed very clunky paper tray. It is also a bit of an ink hog. Networking is smooth.

Best thing about this printer is the ability to print from your phone. Quick easy and connects really fast.

Longevity is the issue and the title implies. This is the second printer if it’s type we had. The first went screwy and wouldn’t print after a month or two. I had the Best Buy protection but quite honestly that was a bit of a joke and hassle to use. Couldn’t grab a printer off the shelf but had to have it delivered. Also needed to use AND buy protection again for the replacement which doesn’t seem right seeing as it failed once already. When you first get it, it’ll print great and seem like a good choice. However, only time will tell.

I have not used machine much due to difficulty setting it up. I am not internet savvy but its done now & I am looking forward to using it.

Arrived as per schedule....the printer is the perfect item I ordered.... Thanks to Best Buy and the personnel in charge for my order...

So far I've really liked this printer. The only hassle I've had was printing out a greeting card envelope. Got it, but print was crooked.

It’s very portable and does everything for you to scan, to fax and obviously printing

once I figured out how to enter my very long passcode for my WiFi the printer works fine. I felt the keyboard could be a little better

Looking for a low profile printer and high resolution scanner at a reasonable price. This printer has met all of our requirements.

I sometimes have issues with what I want to do. It’s probably more the operator than the product.

So far so good. First Brother printer I’ve owned. Hoping it doesn’t give me problems like the 3 HP printers i owned before it. Never buying another HP product.

I had a little difficulty at wireless setup with the touch pad, though entirely my fault. In other words, read the instructions.

It works great but takes a few steps just to copy. It's not easy to operate, you have to figure it out.

I just love it. Instant response to searching any material. Quickly turns on and off with no delay. No extra clutter on my desk. Beautiful 23' screen.

LOVE IT. I appreciate the fact it comes with a good amount of ink, which has lasted for almost 1 year for my household.

This is the worst printer ever! I bought it to replace my previous brother printer (j475DW) that I loved but it was having problems printing in color- maybe overworked this past spring. This printer never recognized the cartridges and I keep getting an unable to print error when there is paper in the feeder and no jam. I have to fiddle with it just to get it to print. After 5 months now it’s not printing in color correctly either. It’s also really loud and slow. Previous model was much better but they don’t sell it anymore. I would have purchased the 475 again if I could. The only thing that works correctly on this printer is the wireless.

This was super easy to set up & works perfectly. I needed a reasonably priced printer for moderate home office use & this fits the bill. Very pleased.

Very happy with this brand, I have dealt with H.P. and canon and not very impressed, so went with brother brand,so far very happy
