Arrived as per schedule....the printer is the perfect item I ordered.... Thanks to Best Buy and the personnel in charge for my order...

Overall a good product. Better than HP because you have to get insta ink set up for them. Don't like that.

Printer is handicapped by a newly designed very clunky paper tray. It is also a bit of an ink hog. Networking is smooth.

I have owned this for only about a month, but so far it has performed flawlessly. It was easy to set up and connect to my home network. The wireless reception is strong.

Best thing about this printer is the ability to print from your phone. Quick easy and connects really fast.

This printer works for the basic things I need accomplished. I haven’t tried to fax anything yet so we will see how that goes soon. It does as advertised so 5 stars.

Prints last page first so don't have to rearrange papers/not super fast but gets the job done and accepts other company ink cartridges

I sometimes have issues with what I want to do. It’s probably more the operator than the product.

I have not used machine much due to difficulty setting it up. I am not internet savvy but its done now & I am looking forward to using it.

It works great but takes a few steps just to copy. It's not easy to operate, you have to figure it out.

So far I've really liked this printer. The only hassle I've had was printing out a greeting card envelope. Got it, but print was crooked.

LOVE IT. I appreciate the fact it comes with a good amount of ink, which has lasted for almost 1 year for my household.

once I figured out how to enter my very long passcode for my WiFi the printer works fine. I felt the keyboard could be a little better

Looking for a low profile printer and high resolution scanner at a reasonable price. This printer has met all of our requirements.

I had a little difficulty at wireless setup with the touch pad, though entirely my fault. In other words, read the instructions.

So far so good. First Brother printer I’ve owned. Hoping it doesn’t give me problems like the 3 HP printers i owned before it. Never buying another HP product.

Great printer and it even comes with ink. Plus when it is fully closed you can sit things on top of it.

I just love it. Instant response to searching any material. Quickly turns on and off with no delay. No extra clutter on my desk. Beautiful 23' screen.

This is the worst printer ever! I bought it to replace my previous brother printer (j475DW) that I loved but it was having problems printing in color- maybe overworked this past spring. This printer never recognized the cartridges and I keep getting an unable to print error when there is paper in the feeder and no jam. I have to fiddle with it just to get it to print. After 5 months now it’s not printing in color correctly either. It’s also really loud and slow. Previous model was much better but they don’t sell it anymore. I would have purchased the 475 again if I could. The only thing that works correctly on this printer is the wireless.
