I have had the printer for a few months and love it. Works over wifi for printing and scanning, which is super convenient.

My parents got me this for college. It’s a good size. Fits under my dorm desk perfect and has all the functions i need.

It took me a while to set it up since my computer didn't have a slot for a DVD. Now that it's set up, I like the printer.

Works relatively well. Kind of slow when using color copies. Ink runs out fast but still pleased.

This was my first brothers printer and it is the worse printer I have ever purchased, dont buy it ! IT seems to have issues following simple commands such as PRINT, I have to constantly find ways to manipulate it by turning it on and off ! If hit print from a program, the printer will not automatically come on , you must physically turn it on and then the screen for fax comes on, giving you the option to delete all fax related data (yes or no) even when theres no data thats been received as if it never received the command to print ! Tonight I could not get it to print When I have been able to get it to print, it will not print the correct size, ill put in a 5x7 and get out a thumb size pic It waste paper, each time it spits out a data sheet labeling all four inks and their number, not showing the amount in the reservoirs (which would be helpful to see each inks level) but just the names of the ink. Why ? to waste my ink and paper ?? Like I need this done each time, If you are low on a color ink or out of one, it will not give you the option to print in just black ink (like my other PRINTERS in the past ) If you are low or out of black ink, it will not allow you to just do color, essential you must not be low in either color to print. This company forces you to have to but ink when you dont always need it Ive had many other issues with this printer, buying it is taking a gamble

Printer seems to work pretty well. No issues thus far. It's of average quality as far as the way printed items look.

I purchased this printer to supplement my Brother black and white laserjet. I needed a document feeder that could scan more than 1 page at a time, so for the price, thought it would do the job. As soon as I turned it on, the sound of the screeching and bumping coming from the printer made me think it was broken. I thought maybe the noises were only due to the first time running, but no, it continued to grind and screech after I tried supplemental prints. My biggest issue with this printer is the fact that it's missing a touchscreen. I didn't think it would be an issue but having to type in anything into the machine using the arrow and select buttons is super tedious. I spent a good 30 minutes trying to scan and send a 6 page document. After failing several times, I finally gave up trying to send it at 300 dpi and reduced it to 200 dpi. It finally went through! I opted to return this printer and buy the upgraded model for slightly more (it has a touchscreen) and it's worth the additional cost.

solid printer, slower than my previous printer. overall it gets the job done

this little printer has turned out to be great for what i needed. i really like it. color printing is great. thank you.
