You need to be Tech Savy

Programming it to find channels can be very frustrating. Took me 3 hours and 5 tries to get it to find ch. 73. Only after calling Amazon help line was my tv working with ch. 73. As for customer service over the phone from Best Buy, there is none. I was told to bring it back the next day. Sales person told me something is wrong with it. Not a thing wrong with it, they just didn't want to help. So unless your tech savy, this isn't the tv for you. It doesn't come with an instruction booklet. Now the sound bar from Polk, I give that 5 stars. Easy to set up and use. Awesome sound quality.
