Use it to supplement desk lighting

Too Short

Can't get them to connect!

They say they connect without needed a smart plug, is that true? I've tried resetting the strips (nothing happened) resetting my google home, tried chatting with GE help online and got no reply. Please help! One is for my sons birthday, but not if I cant get them to work.

Great quality

Posted .Great news, they do work with Alexa. You do need to have a wifi bridge or hub for the connection, however. The devices that serve as a hub for the bulbs are the On/Off Smart Plug, In-Wall Wired Switch, or the C-Reach. We are happy that you are satisfied with the quality of the device. Works great!
