    Very unreliable, do not waste your money

    I purchased this “ smart bulbs “ because somehow they are approved by Google however they are very unreliable, 98%, yes you are reading right, 98% of the time it wont work to the Google Home commands, is incredible how Best Buy is selling this bulbs and this company is selling this bulbs.

You may want to try adding these bulbs to the C by GE app temporarily and check for a firmware update on the bulbs, as that can have a lot to do with the connectivity to voice assistants.     Worked great for the first day

    The first day I installed these they worked fine. It was all downhill from their. After that they became unresponsive to my google nest mini. The only way to fix this is to unplug all my lights, and my nest mini, wait one minute, and plug them back in. I do this TWO TIMES a day.

    I bought this because it was on sale. I kept having to restart each bulb because it kept telling me unavailable. Come to find out i needed a c- reach hub for it which was an extra 50 dollars. It said it was compatible with alexa on the box but it does not tell you need the c reach hub for it. Pretty hard to set up as well. Just was not for me and my personal opinion on it.

    Smart lights are okay nothing big about it besides being lazy to turn off and on the lights without getting up

    IT does not work with Samsung Android. Works great with iPhone including choice of colors.

    I have 3 different brands of WiFi bulbs, of the 12 I own, I’m the most disappointed in this product. I purchased them in sale, my only se5 of color bulbs and O’Neil’s completely dead, and the other is half as bright as it used to be. Total letdown!

      Hi there! We are sorry to hear that your bulbs are not working as expected. Please note: These are not Wifi bulbs. They are Bluetooth-enabled bulbs. If the bulbs are not at full brightness or are failing to connect, this does not mean they are defective or dead. You simply need to manually reset them using the steps found in our Help Center here: https://support.cbyge.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015498292-How-To-Factory-Reset-Your-C-by-GE-Smart-Bulbs. It's likely that whatever device (Google Home, C by GE app, or bridge) simply dropped it's Bluetooth connection to the bulbs. If Google Home, simply reboot your Google Home device by unplugging it and plugging it back in again to force it to re-establish it's connection to the bulbs. Or, reset the bulbs and set them up in the app again. If you are still unable to get the bulbs working, they are backed by a 3 year warranty.     I believe these Full Color Smart Bulbs are very underrated right now in the multi-color light industry even though they are far better than the Philip Hue. I am a huge fan of these lights because they are much cheaper and easier to use compared to Philip Hues. I have my bulbs linked with my Google Nest Hub, and the setup was incredibly easy because you do not have to set up a bridge for your products to work. Another plus for these lights is that you do not even need to have a Google Home, and you can directly connect it to your phone. These lights are for anyone who is looking to get into the Multi-Color lights, and I would highly recommend them!

    Lights were not as bright/dark as I thought they would be. Tried to get chat and telephone support, but no answer. I just wish the bulbs had more contrast also, the bluetooth control isn't as responsive.

      Hi there! Our support hours are from 9 am to 9pm Eastern Time M-F and from 12 pm to 9 pm Saturday through Sunday. Also, feel free to write in to our Support anytime at [email protected]. As far as brightness, all of our bulbs are equivalent to a 60-watt incandescent. We have a Soft White, a Tunable White, and a Full-Color option. As far as Bluetooth responsiveness, this will depend on the device that you are using to control them, as well as your distance away from the bulbs.     These are great when they work. And they work most of the time but when they don’t work good luck trying to figure out why. Buy something better.

    Don't buy these light bulbs if your trying to use them with your Amazon echo they are not compatible.

      Hey CrimsonGhost. Since our lights are Bluetooth they need to be used with one of our wi-fi products to work with Alexa. Our Smart Plug, Smart Switch, and C-Reach can all be used for this purpose. We apologize for the misunderstanding. Please reach out to our support team for clarification.

    Save your money. The made for Google version limits the colors and is super buggy. By the time i learned that google was the issue it was to late to return
