Minimal problems, but doesn't work too well with Google. (Was only able to connect two lights, and after a month, I'd have to factory reset them and connect them to Google again.)

When setting up, Lights would flash, like they had been found, but weren't found. Had to enter serial numbers to get them to be found, and had to do it several times. No issues since.

Nice gadget

I use the Alexa app mainly with them as well as the “C” by GE app. It’s used mainly for the purpose of remote turning off and on from work so it looks like someone is home. Just a heads up, in order to do remote, you have to buy the “C-Reach”. The other use could be for times when your in bed and don’t want to get out of bed to turn it off or go to the other side of the house to turn off a light.

To add to what you were saying, you can get other C by GE hubs besides the C-Reach. The C by GE Smart Plug and C by GE C-Start Smart Switches are both hubs as well.
