Posted .jeromebones, We appreciate the feedback and want to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are sorry to hear that you are having intermittent connectivity with the lights. Please know that we are working closely with Google Home to make these connectivity issues you are experiencing a thing of the past. Many times resetting the Google Home and/or the lights is not necessary if they lose connection. There are two things you should try before reaching out to our Support team. First try asking Google to "Sync my devices". If that does not reestablish the connection, then try power-cycling all the C by GE lights and Google Home hubs you have in your home. That simply means turn them all off, wait about 30 seconds to 1 minute, and turn them all back on again. If you are still unable to control the lights either by voice or within the Google Home app, please reach out to our Support team at 844-302-2943 or by email at [email protected]

Easy as it should be

Google found item almost immediately. I've used and have several different smart home devices and this was no doubt the easiest and fastest by far. I would definitely buy again. No colors or fancy fading but dims and works better than expected.
