Fast connectivity, easy to use.

Posted .Hi Sta3, we're sorry to hear that :( Our bulbs aren't directly compatible with Alexa. Meaning they don't connect directly to Alexa by themselves. However, you can use the bulbs with Alexa if you have a C by GE hub such as the C by GE Smart Plug. You would set the bulbs and the plug up in the C by GE app then enable the skill in the Alexa app. If you ever need assistance with anything please give us a call at (844) 302-2943.

not long lasting

The process is very difficult to initially connect to the home wifi. Once I changed my modem and tried to reconnect it does not work. Very tedious process to get back on wifi entails long sequence of turning off and on in a specified sequence that worked for one bulb but not the other. I would not recommend it.

I say it’s compatible with Apple HomeKit and it isn’t. As per the product functionality, it works fine when screwed in the lamp socket and the brightness is good too.

In order to get our bulbs over to the Homekit app you will need to use our C-reach hub.
