    One of the bulbs it did not worked at all. It turns on but I was not able to do the initial setup. It was not detected by the Google Home app. The second bulb worked fine. The initial setup was easy and fast, but it lasted abour ten days and it stopped to respond either within the Home app or voice commands. It gets overheated. The 15-day return period has been passed. Waste of money and time. I keep them as regular bulbs. Very low quality.

      Hi there! We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your bulbs. Please note: it is perfectly normal for the bulbs to warm up after continuous use. However, if they are overheating, this is a good indication that they are either being used in a three-way lamp set in the wrong setting, with a dimmer switch, or being used in an enclosed fixture. Please make sure you are only using the bulbs in simple on/off lamps. also make sure they are not installed in any enclosed fixtures, in lights operated by a regular dimmer switch, or anywhere outside since these are not outdoor rated bulbs. As far as the bulb not being detected, it probably just requires a simple reset. Our Soft White bulbs are going to be more of a warmer, soft, yellow colored light. If you would like more of a whiter or cooler light, you may be interested in hearing about our "Tunable White" bulbs. They allow you to adjust the color temperature throughout the day so you can adjust the light to a cooler daylight color in the daytime and a warmer, soft yellow light at night.     these hands down just suck. they do not want to integrate with the app. you cant use the app or them with google assistant easily. as if the power ever goes out or your router settings change, forget about it. might as well throw them in the trash. no matter what i do to reset them and reprogram they do not want to setup correctly. what a pain in the butt. i put them on a smart plug to be honest and they give out a nice light. so if you can deal with the aggravation then they might be okay.

    Not for Multiple rooms and lights

    C-Lite would not register multiple lights. It seemed as though they were conflicting with similar named bulbs. I could not get them to work properly around the house and switched them all to Philips Hue instead, which I already had in one room of the house. Hue works great, but I did swap the google home pods for the versions to control by voice. My family can not adjust to the voice controls and prefers the switch instead, but they’re getting there!
