    For some reason are not pairing with Home, google home or SmartThings. I can only control them through C by GE app. Other than that the light is good enough.

      Hey there Bass, thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. These lights when added directly to Google Home can only be added to one app at a time.     These lights work great with Google home. We had purchased cheaper off brand lights prior and they were a disaster setting up, definitely not easy or compatible with Google. The GE-C lights were very easy to set up, took minutes. I will buy more as I need them

    Nice reliable adjustable smart bulbs at half the cost of the main market holder [Philips Hue]. I would have rated them higher if they could improve the app. It is annoying because if you use multiple devices you have to sign out of one and sign in to the other before it will work. Very frustrating especially if you do not have immediate access to the other device!! This makes the over all value of the smart bulb not so great if you use multiple devices [e.g., phone, tablet etc.]

    prefer sengled over the GE

    Not happy with the GE bulbs. I set up one last night and went to set up the 2nd tonight and now I no longer see the first one...I reached out to GE no reply yet and the link on youtube to reset didnt work after several tries. . Also even after it says it works with Alexa it doesnt unless you have some sort of bridge which I do not want to buy. Trying to like the bulbs but probably returning and getting the Sengled bulbs that work with Alexa via bluetooth and no issues.

      Sorry to hear you have had these experiences with our bulbs. If the light is not taking the reset sometimes switching the bulb in another fixture and resetting it often works.     The light monster leaves on the lights and with this awesome product, NO MORE. The control freak in the family has ultimate control over all lights at the touch of his fingers. No more lights left on....ever.... Great product!

    Easy install and set up. The GE app could be better but you can skip their app and only use the Google home app since these are "Made for Google" and don't require the use of another hub.

    Just got my order in today. Hooked up to my Google Home Mini. Works like a charm. Must create account with C by GE before setup and link to Google Home app but after that works like a charm.

    Matched up with my google mini, I forgot what life ws like before I had these. Especially the ability to dim the lights for movie watching with a simple command.

    This was fairly easy to setup via Google Home and dimming is good for an LED bulb. I'm hoping bulbs like these go down in price more to make them more practical.

    Since I already have Google Home Assistant, I was able to set up the lights in about 10 minutes. They are very bright and I love the fact that they’re supposed to last for 10 years.

    It works great. Allows dimming. It works perfect with my google home, however I didn’t rate it 5 because although it says daylight, the light is yellow, not white as true daylight is.

    Set up was easy. No issue with the GE app and Alexa compatibility so far. Resetting the bulb didn't work at first, but after finding a video on the "C by GE Smart Home" website, I tried switching on and off following the audio of the video, and it worked. My issue is the flickering. If you dim using the traditional dimmer, it flickers. If you use an app to dim, no issue...but you can't dim the light using Alexa. I look forward to an software update.

    Cool concept but a step in the right direction. Some flaws, like if you manually turn off / on the lights, they get out of sync and dont work with your desired app

    Decent starter light in the quest to make your home a “smart” home. HOWEVER, if you are looking for something long term with hassle free operation, this isn’t for you. The bulbs have to be reset and sometimes don’t even respond. I’d say the average occurrence is 2-3 times a week. I also have a few Phillip’s Hue wifi bulbs which have operated flawlessly since installed. Not once have I needed to reset. Yes they are more expensive, but with these, the old adage is true, You get what you pay for.

    Hey Google... I'm all in. Working my way towards a Google Home in each room of the house. These GE bulbs give me another reason to get more Google Homes. So easy to set up these bulbs.

    I got these for lamps not on a switch. Connected to google they work perfectly. Only issue I've had is after 2 weeks they suddenly stopped working. A reset and following app instructions got them working again. Not sure what the issue was. Hoping it doesn't happen again.

Just so you know, Google did push an update to Google Home devices several weeks ago which caused many of our users' smart lights to disconnect. We found that the best solution for this is to reboot your Google Home device by simply unplugging it for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. Once it reboots, it should reconnect to the bulbs.     I've used this for a month now and it's proven to be very useful. The installation is easy as long as you don't connect it to the GE app and strictly use it with the Google Home app.

    Our home is 100+ years old and many of the rooms do not have overhead lighting which means that you would often have to stumble in the dark across a room and fumble around to find a lamp. These bulbs provide a wonderful solution to this problem. The only issue that we have had this far is that if there is a power failure, when the power returns, the lights all turn on while the router resets. We were quite surprised in the middle of the night when suddenly all the lights in the bedroom turned on!

      Hi Mikey! Thanks for your review. Smart lights will come on anytime the power is turned off and on again since the lamp or light switch is left on. The same goes for if you were to turn the light off and back on at the switch itself.     I bought these bulbs not really knowing what to expect or if we would like them. They were easy to add to google home. As soon as the light was turned on, they were recognized. Love the ability to dim them as compared with our old tri-lights. Will definitely buy these again.
