      In order for the lights to connect to Alexa you would need to have a hub/wifi bridge from C by GE. The devices that serve as a hub for the bulbs are the On/Off Smart Plug, In-Wall Wired Switch, or the C-Reach. We recommend the on/off plug because it allows you to make a non-smart device into an on/off smart device as well as its a hub for the lights.     I had to return these because I could not get it to work with Google assistant.

      We're sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with our bulbs. In order to add the bulbs to Google Home you will need a Google Home devices for example a Google Nest Mini.     Warning this product is not a good product. Do not go by the reviews that you see here. Check out the reviews for the application that you MUST use in order to use this product. Onee of the worst reviews on Google play. Also, Do not use if you use other light brands with Alexa. It crashed my whole system.

    Could not get them to work , I tried for three days and just gave up on them . Now they sit in the box and past the return date... not a very user friendly item and the price was way too high . Not a good choice for smart bulbs but maybe someone will figure them out when they get sold at a rummage sale..

    It’s on sale for a reason. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I let the sale get the better of me. This may be an ok stand alone product, but if you are trying to connect with Google Home, the results are pretty poor. What should be a simple connect, failed miserably. Returned the next day.

    Tried several times to sync with GE app before it would connect. Constantly had to re-connect one or the other. Even when it was connected I could not operate with my phone. Would not sync with Alexa at all. Finally gave up and went back to the old fashioned way of just using the light switch.

    I tried hooking the lights to our Alexa and could not get it done. On line help could not get it done. I had two other brands and they connected with out any problems. the GE you have to down load their app. No Happy

    Absolute trash. The smart plug / app wouldn’t detect my network, or any of the other 30 networks in my apartment complex. Spent far too long troubleshooting it, resetting it, moving it to different plugs to get it closer to my router. Never worked.

    Work well. GE is a good brand i think if it's white or soft white maybe it's better. Actually i have a lot smart lights with Google Assistant. Try it work well u can turn on or off your lights when u want/need. Create routines.

    Worked Great for about a week. Now nothing will communicate with them. We have tried everything and researching online, I can see this issue is wide spread. Even the App will not control them anymore. Waste of money.

    My husband me this GE 4 pack + Smart plug I stall it and take time to stall, Its was working for the first time, but the next is not working anymore. No wonder is 2 star. read the review first before buying it. I want my money back

    Its great when it works. But when it stops working, forget it. Server unresponsive, now can't login or even create account. And nothing has worked. This is the biggest waste of money.
