Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the fast-paced gameplay, enjoying the maps and the Zombies and Battle Royale modes. Many appreciate the new maps and additions to the game. However, a significant drawback for some is the absence of a campaign or single-player mode.

I’m skeptical of CoD ever since Infinite Warfare as sometimes they can be trying to do too much. Wasn’t the case here. I usually only play TDM, but there’s so many ways to play and enjoy this game that it’s hard to stick to just one section. If you’re on the fence, go for it.

    Not your average Black Ops!

Not your standard version of Black Ops since it is not the typical 1 player story mode. Main game mode is the ever-popular Battle Royale...but it does it very well. Great graphics, very fun, and challenging. Lots of replay value, should keep you entertained for a long time!

This Black Ops 4 fulfills the high expectation of any Call of Duty game. While the multiplayer gameplay is fun, the challenge and level of competition is very difficult. Lacking a campaign, there isn't much opportunity to "progress" in the game except for zombies.

My first call of duty game since MW3. It is fast paced and fun, but can be frustrating at times. The gameplay feels smooth and responsive. The different game modes and customization options provide players a variety of ways to play the game. Overall, a good FPS.

This is a great game, in my opinion it is the second best Black Ops. The new zombies maps are super fun with a lot of different easter eggs. One thing to know is that there is not a Campaign for the game. The new game mode Blackout is super fun and can entertain for hours.

At first i was skeptical to buy the game considering the last couple black ops weren’t so good. I wanted to wait to see what others thought of the game. Every review i read was positive so i went out to buy it and turned out to be really good! Loving the black out mode!!

Let’s face it every call of duty game its pretty much the same. Nice story line and after you finish you spend hours online shooting everybody. But if you like CoD, then you will like this CoD. Nice FPS, nice graphics.... just like all the previous CoD games.

Just love to play against these people that have no other life than playing Call of Duty. I mean I been playing for almost a month and just get my butt kicked all the time. I have discovered new vulgar words that I’ve never heard before in life. I LOVE THIS GAME!!!

It’s a pretty good game, I like how it brought a few free maps. I also enjoyed playing in the new multiplayer maps. What caught me off guard was that this call of duty didn’t have a story mode and that kinda upset me but other than that the game is really fun to play.

I always look forward to the campaign mode on cod but this one doesn’t have it. Not much of a online player but the game is good and maybe it will get me more interested in playing with my fellow gamers. So far so good on the game. Bring back campaign mode next time.

Good graphics and multiplayer is okay. Nothing groundbreaking. If you are a fan of the CoD series then you will like it. Worth buying for zombies and Blackout but will most likely get overshadowed in a few weeks.

Honestly I'm a battlefield fan, but I gave this cod a shot and I not going to lie. I actually like this game. Graphics are awesome and the selection of the characters are different which is a plus. I should of bought this game when it first came out.

This is such a great game. Really takes me back to the OGs. The only thing I personally did not like was that there was no campaign, but I know most people just play online. Other than that it’s great. Blackout is great too, just wish it could be in third person.

Call of Duty is not really known for being innovative or game changing. That being said, this game definitely feels like the most phone in entry in the series. Since the focus this year was beating out Fortnite, they have turned to a multiplayer only experience. Multiplayer is pretty decent, and has a little spin to it, but not too much to write home about. Zombies is Zombies. There is no campaign for this one, though they have these tutorials for the characters you play in multiplayer which have little side stories to them. I've seen better cutscenes when i flush, very stiff and lifeless characters in the cutscenes. It's an ok game, i wouldn't pay anywhere near price for it though. Cool to play with friends though.

I love this game and the graphics and new Battle Royale mode but the maps are from an earlier Black Ops with minor changes. Kind of unfair to buy the same game twice. Still, happy they got away from all that futuristic crap and went back to realistic, modern FPS.

great game, and the graphics is perfect, the only bad thing is if you wanna like single player you have to pay a psn plus... I mean for both multi player (on line) and single mode, you have to use a PSN Plus

Really enjoyed the online multiplayer. Zombies was decent, not as great as other black ops but still fun. Black out was good at first but quickly died out for me. Looking forward to the next call of duty to see if they fix some of the issues.

At first I was on edge of getting it, after speaking to my friends I decided to pull the trigger(pun intended). It’s alot harder than the previous games in my opinion but great! I love Blackout! I wish I would have preordered it to get $10 Best Buy rewards smh.

While it's not a true cross platform game YET, I hope it will be soon. My partner has had a fantastic time with the game-its familiar to the old ones from over the years, but paired with the PS4 pro and a 4k tv, it's SO REALISTIC.

Black Ops 4 brings Battle Royale to the series, but at the sacrifice of campaign mode. Game requires internet connection to play so its a rip to all offline single players that grew up playing the story modes. Most Battle Royale games except PUBG are free to play so it's not a true replacement to campaign value wise. MP doesn't make up for it too much either since most content is copy and paste from previous games such as maps and characters. Would only recommend buying if you can find it on sale for $30 or less since it's not a complete multiplayer experience as you have to spend extra for the rest of the maps as Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is one of the only games in 2018 still charging for a season pass for maps.
