If you're a huge fan of Battle Royale games then this iteration of CoD may be worth your time and money. If you're a fan of the Black Ops series then you should also pick it up. But, if you've been waiting for a new CoD game that feels different and breaks the mold then there isn't must to see here.

Picked this up since a few of my friends like playing the annual Call of Duty releases. The game has no single player campaign. All it has is a single player tutorial that teaches you about the specialist. So really there is only multiplayer here. Though you can play some of the multiplayer with bots. Anyway, multiplayer is pretty much the same call of duty we've been getting for years. Gone is the wall running and space jumping but you do get specialists back. New this year is the Battle Royale mode that is all the rage these days. Basically you get dropped into a zone with around 80 other players. The goal is to be the last one standing as the zone shrinks. I found this mode very boring. You spend most of your time looting and prepping than actually engaging in gun fights. It's really slow paced. If you like games like PUBG you'll like it. I thought it was slow.
