It is difficult to say since this is was on the wish lists of an 18 year old, he has played the others and likes it. Due to the violence we waited until he started high school to get the others. No violence in his personality. It depends on the kid on IF I would recommend.

Black Ops 4 is a very entertaining game! I love fast-paced FPS that I can enjoy with my friends online. Wish multiplayer modes accommodated more people per team but Blackout Mode makes it worthwhile. Would recommend

Ok, I'm a CoD junkie, so this may be biased, but I like the game. Hit system seems pretty on point. There are some overpowered weapons, but not too bad. Plus it's boots on the ground. My only complaint is that you still have the one-shot kill from quickscope snipers.

I have not really played much of the game or multiplayer, all I have played is blackout! It is basically the battle royal version of the Call of Duty games. Definitely a great game that I would recommend to friends and family who enjoy first person shooters.

I'm just not too into the battle royale mechanic that is super hot right now. The regular multiplayer mode is decent, nothing too exciting. Solid gameplay overall but you've really got to want it for BR mode.

Pretty fun run & gun shooter, and I now realize I don't even really miss a campaign mode, but blackout is only fun for so long and I've never been a zombies kind of guy, but all around a decent purchase.

I play this game everyday. I love it for the most part. Seems like people are able to use mod controllers to auto aim and get hit markers when they aren’t even hitting me. My largest complaint is quick sniping. That’s the largest load of crap I’ve ever seen.

I think it wasn't what I thought .I had to purchased a membership plus for 9.00 to play this game. I was trying to find or play single play for free but no offense. I replaced for another call of dutywwar2.,

It's COD what else can you say? Same game modes as before with the same gameplay. Blackout is a breath of fresh air but it should've been its own thing instead of being stuck behind a paywall of this game

A Call of Duty with no Story mode at a $60 price tag. Be warned this game needs a bunch of huge patches. Only one mode will play from the first patch, battle royale. the other are behind another 50gb download.

i have purchased and played all COD's and this by far is the best ! From minute one of the beta to the releases game play it has proven the greatest gaming experience of a lifetime.The variety in gameplay blackout and multiplayer provides unlimited challenges.

Be aware, this game is Online only. If I would've know, I never would have purchased. The game itself might be ok for online gamers, but I have no interest. Best Buy shipped on time and no complaints there

Purchased this game as a gift for my boyfriend. He has played it a bit. However, it’s not usually his first choice. Still great game for people who like shooting games. His brother has really enjoyed it!

I am more of a classic call of duty player and it seems that the series is just going down hill with the exception of WW2, being that this was released after WW2 I was hoping for similar style of play.

My adult daughter loves this game she found out where her old friends were cuz they weren't playing the other games everyone is on this game this is the game to have and she loves it and enjoys playing with all her friends from the other games

I have only been playing the team deathmatch. The weapon selection is fewer than BO3, but newer customization is better. Likes the new health system. Five vs five instead of the six vs six. A team can only have one of the specialists, choose wisely

This game requires you to have a great amount of storage, to fully enjoy it, you must have an internet connection to be able to use all of its features. Please keep in mind local play is still allow with split screen, but there is no story mode.

Game is Call of Duty in a nutshell but lack of single player for a battle royale mode will be hit or miss for some people. Also an expensive season pass to get the 'full' game too isn't great.

BLOPS 3 was a good game and I always say what ain’t broke don’t fix it. Pretty cool system too where assist are replaced with actually being rewarded the full kill. Then again I like a challenge so they should change that or put a mode in.

The graphics are Awesome. Zombies maps are always fun; however, the multiplayer game mode has lag issues and some of the online players take advantage of that and skip all over the place.
