The Most Fun I've Had on COD Since BO2
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't really had fun with the Call of Duty series since they got rid of clan wars. BO4 really gives me that same feeling I had every time I started up a HC Domination game with my friends in BO2. The only thing this game is missing is the super toxic game chat! lol

Online only
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fact that this game is online only really upset me. Horrible quick money scheme. This has always been a campaign game with multiplayer. Very disappointing, that said the multiplayer is very good.

Excellent multiplayer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am greatly enjoying the multiplayer part of this game. Much better than last year’s WWII and the year before’s Infinite Warfare. I don’t know much about zombies because I haven’t played it. Blackout (Battle Royale) is much like PUBG but much better optimized and smooth.

It’s COD...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are a lot of useful, in depth reviews here to be sure... here’s the gist... it’s COD.. it’s cool, lack of campaign stinks (I enjoy the story mode) but once that part is done I’m off enjoying online action. Can’t complain, as I got a good Black Friday price!

More of the same...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like COD you will like this game. New maps new weapons still get shot in the back by people spawning behind you. The lack of a single player campaign is a downer but you know this going into it.

Was Fun, but ultimately frustrating
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Black Ops Series has been my favorite series from Call of Duty and when Black Ops 4 was announced, I was pretty excited that they were continuing the series. At first playing, I was enjoying this game a little better than WWII, but after playing it for about 6 months I got completely fed up with various issues and stopped playing it altogether. I only played the Multiplayer so I can only speak on that part. The connection always either seems really good or really bad. I feel like I'm unstoppable in one game and then can't kill anyone the next with the same lobby. Some specialist equipment and weapons are really annoying because some require less skill than others. Overall balance of weapons was ok, but when you limit certain attachments to certain guns that significantly affect time to kill like High Caliber 2 or Rapid Fire 2, it makes it incredibly unbalanced. Only a few perks felt necessary or felt like crutches in order to play well. Maps were ok after getting used to them, and I liked that we got some favorite maps. I did like the higher time to kill due to higher health and manual healing after getting used to it. The problem with that though is that there are still guns that kill in one shot so it gets frustrating when you have the jump on someone and put a few shots into them and they one shot you with a shotgun, sniper, or specialist weapon. There are just a lot of design decisions that I didn't agree with. It feels very similar to Black Ops 3, but completely different at the same time. Black Ops 3 was a lot more enjoyable for me and Black Ops 4 seems like a big step backwards. I didn't buy the Black Ops Pass, but sometimes you can play them for free and they don't play very well. A lot of them are too big and have no flow. There are also countless microtransactions, and all I have to say is that none of it is worth it and should have been in the game at launch. We had a lot more guns and cosmetic options at the start of Black Ops 3, I don't know why 4 didn't have at least the same amount of things. Both 3 and 4 have the same problem with no direct way to earn DLC weapons, but at least 3 had more to begin with. WWII had its own fair share of struggles, but they have a much better and enjoyable microtransaction system where you can earn the DLC weapons for free. This has me extremely worried about the rumored Black Ops 5 coming out in 2021.

Simply the Best in Years of this Series
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This takes the series in a whole new direction. Great updates to the video quality and system play. Keep in mind that it definitely departs from the norm that you would expect from this series. Very well done. Tons of replayability and multiplayer.

Call of Duty Battlegrounds siege
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel this game did a good job of breaking up the tradition of old call of duty every year. I feel flavors of other games such as rainbow 6 siege (class operators) and PUBG in blackout mode. 3.5 would be my actual score but half scores Are not allowed.

Great game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This us the best call of duty game in a few years. Last years cod was good but this one is better especially since blackout game mode I was worried wouldn't be as good as other battlefield were royale games but they really delivered a great unique experience

My go to game!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game has taken a new turn by eliminating the story mode. I do miss that feature, but the online mode is sooo fun. The new blackout mode gives us a fresh new take, and is so well developed. I'm so happy things are getting better with this franchise.

Call of duty
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of my favorite games I’ve ever played. Very addicting and always fun to compete in the different game modes that they have created. Gameplay is smoothe and the Best Buy staff were helpful with my purchase

Cod
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its COD. Multiplayer only. No story which can be a hit or miss for some. I however did enjoy the stories. Nice little break. However COD has always been about multiplayer. And if you ever liked any of the other previous games. Then you'll enjoy this.

Never disappoints
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's call of duty so you know there's going to be fun gameplay. If you haven't played a call of duty before I recommend starting with one of the older games. If you have played then I am sure you are just as excited as me about this one.

Improvement from prior titles, fun to play
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. An improvement on prior installments of the franchise, adds the old run and gun feel to the game but upon release the old school issues exist with pvp balancing and spawning issues. The blackout mode is actually quite fun and would recommend.

Good but can be confusing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, it took approx 2 hours to update my Xbox one before i could even play the game. Secondly, the class and process can be a little daunting to try to play. Takes a bit to get used to but the graphics are great with minimum delay.

Another good time consuming game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As the title goes, it's hard to leave this game in the middle of your quest/action. There's quite numerous features that gamers who are familiar w/ these types of game would come to appreciate. You know who you are so just enjoy this one.

Wish there was campaign
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let’s get it out of the way, yes, everyone wanted a campaign for this game, but it’s multiplayer only. The multiplayer is okay, a little better than BO3 I guess.
