Game great, Cross gen platform a fail. Loaded and played great on my XBox1, bought a XBOX X console to play this game. Does not work, spend 2 hours with Microsoft,not a MS issue, other cross gen games work great, not this one. Activision useless, 10+/- emails and hoops and not resolved. Reset console to factory, reload of my games, did not work. Activision says they cant give me a partial refund, a new disk or a digital copy, say contact microsoft. COD MW3 cross-gen works fine. Activision appears not to care.

Great game. But misleading as you can play it free with the game pass on XBOX

Game isn't the same as the older ones. Not as fun. Stick to older ones.

What a hunk of trash, I was such a fan of call of duty and this ruined it

Got to play the beta multiplayer online. Unfortunately, you can’t play anything other than campaign when you buy the game without having game pass. And with game pass you get access to the whole game so buying the physical copy is useless and a waste of money. The graphics of the game are disappointing for this day and age too.

Trash game with too many bugs... It's fun to play until it crashes over and over and over again... But don't worry call of duty will reach out to you to see if you want to do a $30 upgrade... Maybe fix your game first... Not a Best buy issue but a game issue

Had download issues with last COD game. Chose this route and got a faulty disc, had to return it.
