Husband has trouble with game, he doesn't play it alot either..

It didn’t work and when I went to replace or refund, I was refused saying they don’t do that for games. Really pathetic as it wasn’t mentioned on the store that it’s not replaceable or refund would not be possible.

Same old, typical, recycled game year after year. The only exception now is that activation is completely woke and has ostracized their fan base. The last COD I’ll ever purchase. The company has no interest in player desires or interests, only banning long time customers for frivolous and baseless reasons.

Would give this zero stars if I was able. Preordered for a Christmas gift. Upon opening on Christmas disc was not inside the case nor was their any security paper over the case. Best Buy customer service is the worst and refuses to provide us with the missing item. Someone at the warehouse who packed this for shipment clearly stole the disc. Filling a complaint. I will never make another purchase through Best Buy after this and will be cutting up their credit card. Have your items shipped to the store and open before you walk out!

Game is ok, i wish that you could play the campaign without being online

Single player mode requires a download from the PS store. Each time I try to download it, it fails. Effectively worthless purchase.

As skmeone who stopped playing COD with the last good one, BO3, my cousin talked me into giving this a try and came with a shock that its classified as DLC for MW2. So with this the platinum is non existant and thats a huge hit for me, it just makes me feel like they are not even trying anymore.

Worst Game of the Year. The mechanics are good but the servers are trash.

Not only is it constantly downloading some new update but for whatever reason that all it does after the first time you play it just tells you it needs to download some big file and still won't let you play it's 100% a ripoff

I’m very disappointed! Why is every game online nowadays? Yeah there’s an offline mode, but after a couple hours, it’s done. I think it’s too expensive for only a couple hours of play.

First Call of Duty game I’ve bought for the PS5. It took 2 hours to download the 200ish+ gigs to get to the game main menu, only to find out you MUST be signed in to PlayStation network in order to play ANYTHING on this game. Extremely disappointing this wasn’t advertised a little better.

Awful, story went well until i tried the multiplayer it was so sweaty and arcade it ruined the campaign even for me. Just turned it off and wouldnt you know it best buy wouldnt take my return and wouldnt give a refund, so lost money for another cookie cutter call of duty “thrill of a lifetime”
