Refusal to refund/replacement

Really pathetic as it wasn’t mentioned on the store that it’s not replaceable or refund would not be possible.

Call of Duty is Dead

The only exception now is that activation is completely woke and has ostracized their fan base. The last COD I’ll ever purchase. The company has no interest in player desires or interests, only banning long time customers for frivolous and baseless reasons.

Missing disc

Preordered for a Christmas gift. Upon opening on Christmas disc was not inside the case nor was their any security paper over the case. Best Buy customer service is the worst and refuses to provide us with the missing item. Someone at the warehouse who packed this for shipment clearly stole the disc. Filling a complaint. I will never make another purchase through Best Buy after this and will be cutting up their credit card. Have your items shipped to the store and open before you walk out!
