I purchased this copy of call of duty black ops 7 because Best Buy would not exchange the copy I purchased on the Best Buy app (it was the FRENCH version) because it was sold through a third party retailer (Games R Us). I have attempted to contact Games R Us several times and they do not respond. Apparently Best Buy allows criminals to sell fraudulent Merchandise on their app. After getting swindled I ended up spending a whopping $112.85 trying to purchase a copy of Call of Duty Black Ops 7 through Best Buy. I will be deleting the Best Buy app and won’t be shopping at Best Buy (worst buy) anymore!

On the part of Best Buy, everything has been reliable so far to get games here. That was good, but when it comes to the game itself, what I find good is the multiplayer, which is great considering they listened to the community. It is fast-paced compared to older games (6+ years ago), but it is still recognizably COD multiplayer. Zombies seems to be the best mode of all of them. It has two different modes depending on how you want to play along with a new 'OG' zombies mode. However, when it comes to campaign, depending on how you play, it can be hit or miss. The campaign is extremely different from past campaigns, as it is meant for 4 players and is an open-world campaign. It can be played solo, but you can tell it was meant for more players. The open-world is somewhat empty, but there are some things to find. I have not finished the story, but it does not seem as impactful as the last games. Overall, there are many, many challenges across all modes and you level across all modes including campaign, so the amount of content is massive. The campaign can be a bit off-putting if you're used to normal COD campaigns, the multiplayer is good as usual, and zombies is great as it has been in Black Ops games.

Picked up Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and I’m blown away. The graphics look amazing, the gameplay feels super smooth, and the new maps and modes are a ton of fun. I’ve been locked in since day one. It’s a step up from black ops 6. Best Buy made the whole experience even better — the store was clean, organized, and easy to get through. The staff was really helpful and had my game ready right away, so I was in and out fast. Great product and great shopping experience all around.

I’ve been having a great time playing Black Ops 7. The game feels fast, intense, and really polished. The gunplay is super smooth, and every match keeps me on edge in a good way. I really like the maps and how different each one feels — sometimes it’s all-out action, other times you have to slow down and play smart. The graphics and sound also make everything more immersive, especially during close fights. Overall, it just feels fun and addictive. Definitely one of those games that makes you say “one more match” every time.

This was a great buy its a traditional gift that comes around perfect for Christmas. Also in this game the zombies are very fun to play against and their move challenging which i really like. Would i recommend this COD absolutely. I been buying this franchise since call of duty the finest hour . Perfect also they buy back some maps and revamp them just a little bit . Which i think is cool especially Nuke Town . Overall a great buy .

If you liked Black Ops 6 this is a no-brainer upgrade. Multiplayer maps are well designed with good flow, and the campaign actually kept me engaged which I wasn’t expecting. Runs smooth, matchmaking is fast. Worth it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This game delivers everything I expect from Call of Duty and more. The graphics on PS5 are incredibly sharp, gameplay is smooth, and the multiplayer is fast-paced and addictive. The campaign is engaging, and load times are super quick. Definitely worth the purchase for both casual and competitive players.
