My family seems a bit disappointed with this game. I'm not a gamer, but in my opinion it looks like all the others. They haven't been able to figure out the "Multi-Player" option. So, as a mom buying this as a Christmas gift I feel it was sort of a let-down.

Zombies are good, and the multiplayer is also good

The Campaign Mode is so short. Very disappointing. Some mumbo jumbo about the decisions you make change the outcomes ("morality factor") is hype. Seems to me like the game makers now want to get you online because it's easier for them once you are there.

I was expecting a lot more out of this call of duty but overall it was okay . I’ve always been a fan of the call of duty series but this one was a bit disappointing . I do like the single player missions tho but multiplayer is average

The game is great no issues, problem is with curbside pickup. I waited over 40 minutes to pick up a video game, never again! I like Best Buy but why they didn’t offer free delivery by mail for video games is puzzling.

Too many loading screens, always takes too long to load. and now the game has just become a fortnite wannabe. Sad to see. CoD set the standard for online shooters but now it's trying to copy Fortnite

I purchased this physical copy of the game prior to the release of the Series X. I had to re purchase the game digitally to play the enhanced version on the new Xbox. Very disappointing.

The campaign is pretty good but super short and multiplayer crashes all the time. It’s fun when you actually get to play but until the fix all the issues I can’t give it a higher score

3/5 stars, campaign has a great story but too short. Multiplayer has “ok” maps. War zone is a another type of “fortnite” & “PubG”. Cross play with PC & PlayStation is a nice addition.
