Absolute garbage. Campaign was ok but glitchy. Multiplayer graphics are sloppy, only 8 maps, guns/movement/game play feel nerfed and a regression from the outstanding Modern Warfare. I couldn't even access Warzone which was the final straw. After two 60 minute sessions, I stopped playing and put Modern Warefare back in. I'll be selling this game at a loss. Note: Playing on Xbox One, not new Series X.

So many bug they need so mane update for the zombie history multi-player and history

The CoD game series has been declining the past few years but this is the first time I really didn't have fun playing.

Game has to many glitches. No matter which old or new system you have. Until they fix, not worth it.

Boring, repetitive. Marketed towards young adults, literally kids play this game now. Shame.

This game reminds me of old call of duty games i mean its no jump from previous versions,this might as well have come out 10 years ago

Not that good of a game the graphics are pretty good but the gameplay is pretty bad

The game eats up an absolutely obscene amount of space compared to most modern games and the User Interface is abysmal.

Can’t review since the product still has not yet arrived despite paying extra for shipping. Item is now 3 days past original delivery date and I have not been refunded for the extra I had paid for shipping to occur faster. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend and next time I’ll be looking to Amazon as my packages have never been later, always arrive on time or earlier!!

They do not allow to play zombie on split screen, Game play is ok I beat in less than a day.

Employees reading their phones everywhere and ignoring customers. Terrible!

Game sucks won’t go online like ever, always says Cold War server currently unavailable and it gets stuck on screens trying to get you to buy expansion packs, even if you already own them it won’t let you bypass the screen. Don’t waste your money I hear lots of people having issues with this game

Purchase a week ago and have yet to be able to connect it to the network for online play. I've tried three different routers and two different home networks. Internet searches show others with the same problem, but no solutions. I've contacted Activision but have yet to get a response.

Can’t play the game after installing it on XBox One X. It’s requiring a 25 digit code that’s not included in theCall of Duty game box. We aren’t sure what to do with it now since we can’t advance past the screen requesting the code that wasn’t provided with the game purchase?

Even though the cover lists Xbox One and Xbox Series X, this game is solely for the Xbox One and will crash your next gen console like it does mine. And to make matters worse, it's multi-player game play is significantly worse than Modern Warfare's.

Wish my brother could rate this, but I didn’t receive it in the mail after ordering it over a month ago. Had to order it from a different store and still I couldn’t give it to him for christmas. -10/10. Called twice and got no help as well.
