Worst COD I have ever played. Game play feels like I'm playing with toy soldiers. Movement is poor and graphics are almost like playing an Atari game. Pitfall has better movement. Wise I didn't waste my money. They went backwards on this one.

Not happy with this purchase. I ordered 2 games before Christmas that were scheduled to arrive in January. I received one game but the store won't credit the other one so that I can repurchase. USPS is still tracking the order.

If I could give no stars I would. This was hands down the worst call of duty ever made and I have owned them all. Total money grab by Activision releasing a product they knew was junk knowing we would all buy it anyway.

Worst cod ever, multiplayer is 5 years old tech, its terrible, they put all their creativity into zombi’s and campaign , wish i could get my money back.

Things may have changed by now, but when the new xbox came out this caused it to hard crash. Activision was largely silent on the matter, no ability to upgrade to new xbox version or get refund.

Didn't know that the new Xbox grandson got for Christmas didn't have a disk slot. Best Buy would not allow an exchange to a digital edition. Wil not use Best Buy for any more purchases.

I got shadow banned from COD so not sure how good the game is lol

Numerous issues with the playback of the game on my Xbox One. Glitchy cut scenes and unable to resume saved game. This retail release wasn't even ready for Alpha testing.

Trying to log in and play. Using the same email/password as always and I keep getting some “umbrella” error message. I’ve looked up line how to fix and nothing works.

The MP is sooooo boring and the campaign is eh, I regret buying this Black Ops 1 copy.

Worst COD yet, major multiplayer issues to the point it was unplayable, this after the game had been out for months

So far, it will not load and we can't figure out why. Seems to be an ongoing issue and will try again soon.

The game is poopoo and it was just terrible would not recommend this game to anyone who likes to have fun

Didnt recieve the product, was sent to a different zipcode than where I put my address + zipcode to

ordered and received 2 diferent copies both corrupted and would not work.

Made my Series X crash back to back. There are two different Xbox versions beware.

It was one of the better CODS in years until they all the pay to win guns

Disc didn’t work nicely it froze when I used thank you

I will never buy Physical disk from best buy the disk case came broken!!
