The game is crashing constantly and even worse after the first patch. Can barley get one multiplayer game in before it crashes and they wanna charge more for this? SMH!

Beta was by far so much better. They changed the way you run for some reason. Zombies was hyped to be close to the original and it’s crazy bad. I played it twice since launch day. Honestly if I could return this item I would of at day one. Probably going to resell it online

Not great. Graphics are sub par and multiplayer is choppy

Story is short, multi is unexciting, lacks battle royale

I was really excited for this and was let down. After Modern Warfare, I can see that it was hard to produce a better game than that. Cld War suffers from bad graphics. Everything feels so fake. It still has the Call of Duty feel but it is just a below average game.

Due to horrible drop (or lack thereof!) for the Series X, the game features are not the same on the Xbox one. Also disappointed that Warzone is not available on Black Ops. A big miss all around!

This a terrible unfinished game ! No fun and ugly , go back to modern warfare definitely ! What a shame those fake , the multiplayer is a mess and so bad , warszonenis a joke comparâtes to MF

The game was great. I pre-ordered it to play it the day it releases. The best buy websited said I'd receive it on the releases date (11/13/20). The game actually got the game five days later. Recommend pick up for future pre-orders.

If you've played any call of duty games than you know what to expect. The disappointing part is the reuse of old maps in multiplayer.

This is by far the WORST COD BO ever, I've been playing COD since the beginning and have to say that the graphics of this game on a console like the Series X which is where I'm playing are ridiculous bad, This whole game looks like a kid was the one drawing it. I know is a game but coming from the previous game MW which looked amazing on the SX this is unacceptable for this company to release this to the general public. If I could return the game and have my money back I would in a heartbeat this is probably worst than Ghost and we all know how bad that was. Save you money.

I’ve return COD twice thinking it was an error with disc but seems like it’s a know issues with new gen Xbox crashing after few minutes of play time.

The addition to Warzone is nice. The game itself is an old engine and I feel like it’s down grading from the best call of duty of all time. Modern Warfare Reboot! Yeah!!!

in the world of COD, I don't find this to be a step forward, if anything this was a step back from Modern Warfare

This was a pretty good game. Fun to play. I wish the single payer campaign was longer.

This game cannot be played offline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Family was looking forward to this for XMAS despite reading poor reviews of the game. We only play games - really just COD - offline. We were very disappointed when the COD games went from 4 to 2 players offline - so this is horrible! It was not played and intend to return. End of an era!

The last mission keeps freezing in the same spot and then shuts off my xbox. Appears to be common.

The game is good. Best buy is not. Ordered on my app for the 10 dollar rewards pre order deal for this game and of course I never got it.

This is not one of the best black ops game in my opinion. They have gotten to far away from what COD Black ops used to be.
