COD's campaign is a Hollywood blockbuster in it's own right... Loved the story line and new addition in the campaign... RILEY! ...Awesome! While there are alot of people out there that goes straight to online play... which is fine... there really isn't anything new to the table when it comes to it. Same formula, different weapons and a new perk or two. I come to find it kinda boring and not as enjoyable as before. There's still alot of people Scoping, which is annoying, and STILL alot of camping. Look... when I'm playing COD online, I just want a small map to RUN AND GUN. That's why I play COD Online... I just want to RUN AND GUN it's more exciting and fast pace. Bring back a option to play ONLY SMALL MAPS and I'll play more online... Just saying. Thanks.

Call Of Duty Ghosts is an experience that I wasn't expecting at all. It poses a challenge but it is also fun to play. The campaign and multiplayer are both awesome. This is my favorite call of duty so far and i would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the call of duty series.

I've owned and played every Call of Duty franchise and I have to say that most people's expectations of COD are too high. I have seen nothing but negativity thus far; but I believe we all should just take a step back and take it for what it's worth. In terms of multiplayer, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." It's true that it contains similar gameplay as the MW series but then again, what was ever wrong with MW? They've added more weapons, larger + more detailed maps with different terrains, a more enjoyable leveling system IMO, and more customization. I can attest that respawning is still an issue and that the sound of weapons is not that great. But if you expect something new, something 'similar' to what's already in other games, why not just play that instead? Disposable environments, weather effects, wind projectory, vehicles, custom maps, etc. Of course those things would be a nice addition but I would prefer improvements rather than a bad impersonation and I believe that in itself speaks as a brand. I am a frequent gamer and do not intend to offend anyone. Thanks.

This game is really good! The multiplayer is awesome! The maps are big and challenging. Overall a wonderful game!

Great game from the call of duty family...got for a good price at the time!

The best part of the game is the online portion. The single player part was so chock full of video portions with limited or no player input that it was too boring to play

COD Ghosts, high expextations but falls short on where it usually shines. The story is good, filled with some great set pieces as they usually are, but for me, online is lacking something. First off, the game is lacking some serious firepower. I was so surprised with the lack of guns in this series. I was expecting so much more of a variety when it came to that. The character customization, while being an okay addition to the game, seems a little pointless (to me at least.) Granted, the different classes that you can choose from start you out with a different set of perks, that doesn't really make to much difference. It just makes you settle into your play-style a little quicker, but all the perks can be obtained with a little work. My biggest point of anger comes from the maps and all the foolishness that happens on them: 1) There is no real sense of flow to the maps. Take the Black Ops I & II maps. You could always tell when the spawns were reversed on the maps now it's almost like your running around like a chicken with its head cut off looking for opponents. Which leads me to the next issue. 2) Spawning. opponents spawn right in back of you, or you end up spawning right next someone that just killed you. This is a major issue. PATCH IT QUICK.3) Leave the big maps and dynamic level changes to Battlefield. They do it much, much better. All you have done is turn this game into a campers delight. Can't camp when there are tanks and explosives coming to tear down your cover. Bottom line, the game makes an attempt to re-invent itself with a few new innovations, ideas, and a good story but still falls short in an area where it usually does pretty well. I'd rather play Battlefield 4 or Black Ops II online anyday...

Couldn't not believe it I really thought this game was going to be another blacks ops flop, but boy I was wrong! This game actually left off we're Modern Warfare 2 ended, freaking jam packed with big action and hours of fun game play! I guess the Infinity Ward team has something to do with this since there logo is showing on the front cover of this game just as Modern ware fare 2 was. Freaking awesome! Overall I highly recommend this game for the buy and maybe upgrading to the new Sony PS4 version a.s.a.p! This game is doing it BIGGGGGGG!

I haven't played CoD since Black Ops, but i decided to buy this one and check it out. To a great surprise, I loved this game and the storyline. As usual for CoD games, they are very linear and to the point. But it pays off by bringing you into the game as if you're watching a movie, and that is just a great feeling! Overall, a very good game that just lacks a bit when it comes to playing time. I feel like they could always make it longer, but it's understandable since they focus more on online play and DLCs.

I brought this PS3 version of Call of Duty Ghosts, because I don't have my PS4 with me, and this PS3 version plays smoother than the PS4 version. The PS4 does have slightly better graphics, because this game was developed for the PS3, and the Xbox 360 and ported over to the now current gen consoles. I would recommend this game to any PS3 owner, and you can't beat the price. Bestbuy is basically giving this game away.

The stroy mod was fun, but just like MW3 the Multi-player is garbage! The maps are terrible! Looks like I'll be stuck playing black ops 2 multi player for another year...

Price was right. Bought as a gift. She enjoyed playing it.

Funny that I was actually told by the Best Buy assistant that this game is really no good at all and unlike the other COD games. I bought it brand new for 8 bucks and its well worth it. Would recommend.

When the game came out at stores I bought the game. I thought the game was great on storyline and playing online. I realize in each match you die fast and other people die fast too in online matches. I check the game seeing I was on hardcore match, but I wasn't in a hardcore match it was a standard match. In standard matches you die in a long time, in hardcore matches you die fast. On my opinion buy this game if you like hardcore matches online and being very good playing all Call of Duty matches online.

Ok, I have been playing COD since MW2 and have bought the previous installments as well. But since Black Ops, COD seems to want to put out a crappier game each year. I disliked MW3 because of the camping maps they had, so what did Infinity Ward do, made the maps even more conducive for CAMPING. The Campaign is excellent IMO, which is a breath of fresh air after both MW3 and Black Ops 2 completely failed at creating anything remotely entertaining. But the Multiplayer, it is dreadful. If you die, I am not joking, so can sometimes get shot 3 or 4 times at Spawn points before the server puts you at one where you don't. The maps are for camping, which I hate. I don't want to sit in a building all game, but unless you want to die 15-20 a match, that's what you have to do. Also, and THIS IS THE WORSE thing about Ghost is the Clan setup. In previous COD, if a team was in a Clan, the Server wouldn't start a game until you had a fair match, which from my own experience, might take 2-3 + minutes before you got one. Ghost, they will put a bunch of Newbies against Prestige 4-5 clan members and games will be blowouts. Infinity Ward is stupid to do this when 60-70% of your market doesn't even play in Clans. There is a reason why Black Ops 2 around this time had about 700k -750k players online around this time last year. I bought the game two weeks ago, and the average # of players is only around 175k-225k for Ghost. Buy this game, and you will see exactly why this is so.

I bought this as a gift for my kids,t hey play it all the time with friends online and local so I assume it is fun for them or else they would not play it!

I received this as a present for Christmas and even if I hadn't I still would have ended up buying this for myself. The Call of Duty games just keep getting better each year and Ghosts is no exception.

Not that its bad, but its just another in the line of 1st person shooters for COD. If you've played one, you've played them all. The new maps and upgraded perks make it a keeper.

They changed a lot of things in ghosts compared to the older call of duty titles. But I didn't enjoy the changes they made. This game got boring quick for me and my friends.

I paid less than $8 for this great game. Sure it's not the best in the series but it's always entertaining
