This review is mainly about the online play - the single player mode is nearly flawless........ First off, I must agree with a couple other reviewers when they say MW1 online play was a little better than this one...but I canthink that is only because the maps are so big. The graphics in this game are great, players blend into the background perfectly (almost to d*** good). There are A LOT of new features added to this version which may be another reason people are saying MW1 was better. Once everyone warms up to the NEW FEEL of this MW (including me) it will once again be Game of the Year and the Best Selling game of all time..... It probably already is!!!!!!!!!!!! If your a COD fan buy this game you will enjoy it after a VERY SMALL learning curve.

Im sure that as soon as you buy this game, first thiing you will do is get online. Storyline for this game is great. Try finisihing it on veteran. VERY HARD!!!

This is a must get game! The graphics are awesome and the mutiplayer is astonishing. U should also get black ops

This game is an excelllent game ppl may say there are hackers but that is all fixed now it is amazing too play with ur friends online with and ppl from all over the world i think its an amazing game and its graphics are insane!

I got this game on Sunday at gamestop and started playing. The story was amazing. The graphics were awesome. Can't wait to play the multiplayer though.

evething about the game was great from the graphics to slection of wepons i do recomend the game to every that is ready for short an wondfull game.

This game is great except for the Veteran difficulty on the campaign, it felt like it could have been a little harder since it only took me a total of 23 hours to beat the game (It probably would have been quicker if I wasnt trying to find the enemy intel in every level lol) The multiplayer is great, and there are some great weapon choices available. Also you dont have to have a pistol as your secondary weapon you can have a shotgun, rocket launcher etc which is a huge plus for custom class creation. All in all this game is worth every penny.

I had an excellent experience playing call of duty MW3. I haven't played the expansion boards even though this game is old now since there is black ops and the new call of duty coming out. But before they came out this game was and is very good to play. I would recommend it.

Great Online play. Multiplayer options are outstanding. Graphics are exceptional. Detail is unreal. Another great Call of Duty addition!

I bought my copy of CoD:MW2 this morning and one word can best describe this game---"DANG" (and that's an understatment ;) ). From the moment the game starts it get's in your face and never gives up. The enemies are smarter, the weapons hit harder,the graphics are mind blowing, the controls are great and the action is fast paced. This is by far the best Call of Duty game so far! Infinity Ward really did go out of the way on this one, I say if you don't already own this game "GET IT NOW!!!" You won't be disappointed.

mw2 is a really good game solely because of its online gameplay. i have only played a few of the missions and no spec ops but from what ive seen its decent. the new attachments for the guns and more camoflauges are cool too. the new guns are better and the iron sights are way better than the first one. the one thing that got me really mad a lot was the blood on the screen. it makes it realllly hard to soo when you are trying to fun away from the enemies. its a good game but look forward to online not campaign.

Ok, do you really need a review? Here it is, go right now and buy it, don't debate, don't wait, just go get it! Why are you still reading this? Okay, okay... If there is any fault, it's the length of the single player game. Very short, but every mission is slam packed with goodness that will keep your jaw hitting the floor. But the reason you get this game is for the multi-player. Even more addicting than the first Modern Warfare. Parents, this game has a "M" rating for a reason, pay heed!

I love this game so much you can play aprivate game with a friend, my brother got the game a month a go, i didnt want to play it, becausse i thought the game would be boring but a week a ago my brother let me play he tought me how and i just loved the game i would not stop playing i would defenetly recomend this game to a friend, or just keep the game to you self you know what i mean , you play in the c.i.a., rangers fource as an army is speacial ops, special ops is an career mode

Great title, one of PS3 all-time best for sure. The scenes on Rio de Janeiro are really cool, specially for those that live in Brazil.

Good fast paced game, very responsive controls. Great online interaction, love the new weapons and levels with driving.

great graphics but it lags all the time. if you don't have this game you should buy it. you wont be disappointed.

great game online, kill streaks is what keeps me playing this game, getting all tensed up when your on a 24 kill streak and need just 1 more for a nuke, well thats how i used to be..lol. what is not so great online, it takes 2 head shots to kill someone, unless you are sniping with stopping power enabled, some people think this is sick, but I think its a joke..QUICK SCOPING!...this is ridiculous, and 1 more thing...do shot guns really shoot as far as a assault rifle...REALLY?. overall game is pretty good, take away all the little things I complained about and it would great!

The campaign is too short so if you are buying this for that reason, do not. The co-op offers some gameplay but split screen can be painful. Online is mediocre to decent I am not a seasoned FPS player but I do OK. Personally I do find glitches here and there, along with the horrible lag: the main reason I give it 2 stars, else I would give it 3. Many times I am making headshots with my sniper gun yet I only manage to "wound" the guy, and this is with stopping power. I do find people snipping me without actually spending time to look through scope and get OHK from far away, that is something I have yet to learn how to do but still I don't see how head shots cannot kill enemies, at least from my side. Also, many times I will fire shotguns almost in melee range and yet I get knifed and die. Yes it has to do something with the my slow reflexes but lag plays a major role. While looking through the killcam, I don't see even a single shot fired from my gun. Overall, if the lag goes away, if weapons were a little more balanced, the game would be decent. A lot of it is hype. If you are easily frustrated, look somewhere else. You will constantly end up joining games where your team is losing....or worst straight in to a nuke strike. If you find it on sale around $30ish, it is probably worth it but nothing more than that.

Great game and has very good guns to pick from. The story is too short and easy to pass for the most part.
