Greatest shooter of its time, if you liked modern warfare 1, you will love modern warfare 2. Lots of fun multiplayer maps and an all new story in campaign mode. This game is very modern with its weaponry as well as graphics and style of gameplay. Don't wait buy today!

This game is AWESOME (but somewhat short) but what makes up for it are the co-op spec ops mode and the multiplayer itself. There are still no dedicated servers but the thing to take all power away from one host is now host migration. Some people don't like it but i do because instead of the host leaving the game bringing the whole thing down it goes to someone else but it does have a drawback. Such as the game being brought down due to the new hosts connection taking too much time to collect the data info and build it back up resuming the match. Although there are times that the host has a terrible connection and makes everyone lag but this game is better made then the first so have at it!!!!

Good: The graphics is photo-realistic, the story-campaign has intense and thrilling moments, multiplayer-online is addicting and fun as usual from the first game, Spec-Ops is a challenge-mode that becomes challenging and mind-bobbling. Bad: The story-campaign is short (You can beat it in 5-6 hours), the story is confusing.

This game is great. It is a lot of fun. I only have one complaint about it and that is on offline multiplayer I was on level 60 and my data got coruppted and I was mad about it. It has happened to me a couple times, but I think it is my ps3. It is a lot of fun. Just don`t play it for days on end. I have completed campaign on all the difficulitites and enjoyed doing it. It is a great game to buy and do not think twice about buying it.

The ingame is a bit short and easy but I bought this game to play online. It meets up to all the hype and those who complain about the servers may want to check they aren't still on dial up connectivity. I have had no problems connecting aside for the need to upgrade to the latest version twice. Infinity really outdone themselves with this installment and it will be difficult to beat it on the next installment. I am glad they listened to the gamers who are playing the game and added perks and unlocks that make since. I love Bling which allows you to put multiple attachments on primary and secondary weapons. Also nice to have the unlocks for the secondary weapons. Riot shield is a blast and the bullets will bounce off and strike enemys dead. Awesome game and all the haters can just wait for MAG next year which will the to beat then. Happy hunting Noobs.

I Love the game it is great. Takes a while to learn the maps but after you do and you open up weopons it get better. Still the compatition is fearce. helps to get friends on there and work together but by yourself you can still get-r-done LOL

AT FIRST I WAS EXCITED ABOUT THIS GAME BECAUSE IT WAS THE NEW CALL OF DUTY, BUT SINCE PLAYING IT NOW, I CAN SAY I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE STORYLINE AND GRAPHICS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS GAME AND SO FAR IT HAS LIVED UP TO ITS EXPECTATIONS.

Overall the game is great. I have one from my 360 and now my PS3. If I have to compare from one and the other. I think PS3 has a better advantage. The story is great and can not wait for COD MW3. The mysteries continues with this game.

If you liked the first Modern Warefare this is a game for you. It has the best storyline in Call of Duty series. There is a lot more weapons then I had imagined.

if you played the first call of duty 4 then youll love this one even more, with all the extras you can unlock in multiplayer youll be playin for hours into the night. by far the best call of duty ive played yet.

i love this game i got it with the ps3 and it never gets old it is pretty chalenging the graphics are like you are in the game it is the most fun game i have ever played the only problem is if you are online and the host of a game has bad internet connection you will glitch around.

This game is great! It has amazingly addictive multiplayer and thrilling storyline. The story can be misleading and its short but the great multiplayer conpinsates that. I would recommend this game to everyone!

super fun, great weapons...but there are sooooooo many cheaters i get into a hacked room at least twice a week, so if you can deal with all the cheaters on this then it is awesome...or if your a cheater this should be easy for you to be like everyone else because it is apparent the console and game makers either can't keep up or just don't care

this game is awesome!!!!!!!! campaign is great, online is a thousand times better. i like black ops but this game is better. best cod game ever. i take that back, best game ever. you really need to buy it!

The online play is the best. I only play a little of the story to get a feel of the controls. I almost always go online immediately. I love this game. The grapics enhance the realism.

This is easily the best, most complete shooter of our time. The story mode was great but the online play is awesome also. I don't think I'll put this one down for quite some time!

Excellent game superb graphics. Not 6months ahead of everyones hardware like COD5. Just a great game that takes advantage of the lastest hardware without choking your computer. But with that said I must admit had I known about the multiplayer game I might not have purchased the game. If you have more than one person in your household that wants to play the game youll have to buy a game for each. Yes thats right unlike cod4 only one profile can be created per computer. Also when playing multiplayer mode you dont get to pick your map it is assigned to you. Yes you can create your own jion a buddies game in a private match but no xp points are earned. Lastly 18 player max is a step backward. To their credit the maps are great and fun to play. But for hardcore COD mp gamers that might not be enough.

Game is fantastic. Story is compelling int he single player mode; online multiplayer is the best FPS out there for a console. All PS3 owners need this game in their library.

Great game, very intense and modern. (FINALLY) Some gamers say that it is easy but i challenge u to play this game on hardened and u will not be dissapointed. Enjoy gamers

they should just go ahead and name this, 'GAME OF THE DECADE'...... Infinity Ward has far exceeded expectations in delivering probably the most detailed game of the series. while the airport level is very disturbing (mowing down civilians in the airport), it accurately depicts what a horrible scene it would be. have not checked out the special ops yet, but the campaign (so far) and multiplayer are both extremely entertaining. A MUST BUY IF YOU OWN A CONSOLE!!! p.s. kinda glad i didn't get the night vision goggles -- they look absolutely ridiculous -- "they really aren't that noticeable on your face" - Step Brothers
