Honestly Cod disappointed me with this game. The graphics look old

Dont buy this digital card, theres literally no codes for it and best buy even confirmed this, so this is just a waste of money, still waiting on my refund

I would write a review if I got the product that I purchased. I preordered MW3 digitally and still no redeeming code. I called and was told I had to wait 24-48 hours and watch my emails. Still no code and called back and got the same response. I'm so frustrated now because I’m still getting a run-around and they want even refund my money.

Well, after holding out on buying this game I eventually caved and purchased. Used mybestbuy rewards for a $55 gift certificate then bought game digital. After playing for a few days this game is horrendous. Since playing call of duty since WaW days, I am never again going to buy call of duty. To many ads/push to buy battlepass. (After every game) Then after trying to return the digital come to find out there is no way to get money or rewards back. :,( wish best buy would help me with this since I have been loyal buying electronics with them my whole life. From gaming good, tvs, music, phone, car audio, and securtiy systems for home.

Best Buy baited me preordered the game for beta early access played the beta for one day and didnt like the game so tried to cancel my preorder and come to find out that best buy had already full filled my order and had sent me the code to the game a month in advanced even though the policy stayed that game codes arent sent a week before the game releases. NOW IM STUCK WITH A GAME IM NEVER GONNA PLAY. Thnaks best buy :)

You never receive the redemption code and was told by Best Buy that they are unable to provide codes. I would purchase from an establishment that is able to provide the product that customers paid for. That game was fun when I played the free multiplayer, but in this format (digital) is very much lacking from Best Buy

Horrible game. Hate the movement mechanics its like they took all the suggestions from everyone and put them in the game but totally screwed the game up so sad.

I waited 5 hours for my digital download code. I finally called Best Buy and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes there was an error sending my code and they would have to refund me and I would have to repurchase online. Why did i have to wait 5 hours and have to call them to find out im not getting the code.

Do not buy this in store. The code does not print on the receipt and BB cannot email the code to you. I am surprisingly getting a refund for it, but I’m not sure if I believe that, so we’ll see. Everyone I worked with about this was phenomenal, though!

Bought the game just for it to tell me i never did and to rebuy it after already installing it.

Got the online card at the store, they sold us an expired card and we are unable to use it , will be returning , they need to make sure that they sell people cards that are not expired , very poor service , not helpful at the store at all

This game is simply terrible. As is typical these days, the developers think that letting people customize every little thing down to the character’s socks makes a good game. The maps are bad; so are the weapons and the game interface.

Had two friends get banned from the game already for “unauthorized software”. Appeals have upheld, but just looking at how bad we are at the game they should be encouraging us to get some sort of aimbot to even the playing field. This will be the last Call of Duty. Sorry guys, I cant help boost your KDs anymore.

Went to activate it never worked went to the store said there was nothing they could do they give me a number to call I call the number nothing they could do to help absolute waste of money

I never even recieved my digital download code and when i contact customer care all they can say is check back in 1 to 2 days this is a multi billion dollar company with infinite resources why should have to hound them just to receive a product i paid for in advanced

I bought the digital download and Best Buy never sent me the activation code, customer service was no help and quite arrogant. Basically I paid for a product and got nothing.

I have been waitng for hours for my code they said it was gonna be a emailed to me but nothing i want my money back asap

Game is very glitchy and runs poorly on Xbox series S. Unable to modify controller settings and consistently kicked back to home screen. Unfortunately I can’t return digital items to Best Buy or I would.
