Went to activate it never worked went to the store said there was nothing they could do they give me a number to call I call the number nothing they could do to help absolute waste of money

I never even recieved my digital download code and when i contact customer care all they can say is check back in 1 to 2 days this is a multi billion dollar company with infinite resources why should have to hound them just to receive a product i paid for in advanced

I have been waitng for hours for my code they said it was gonna be a emailed to me but nothing i want my money back asap

I bought the digital download and Best Buy never sent me the activation code, customer service was no help and quite arrogant. Basically I paid for a product and got nothing.

Game is very glitchy and runs poorly on Xbox series S. Unable to modify controller settings and consistently kicked back to home screen. Unfortunately I can’t return digital items to Best Buy or I would.

I still have not received the email with the code on it. I called Bestbuy and they said it would take up to 48 hours. Which 48 hours are up in 3 hours and I still have not received it.

I have redeemed my code and 3 hours later no sign of it downloading at all. Its late and customer service is not available. Thanks for the night ruined. Thumbs down

For this game you need to purchase online only. To be able to get the code to activate it.

Was not able to download. Very disappointed on Christmas morning!

The only game that would not plan my Xbox had to return it and get the digital copy

Better than mw2 by far. Great gameplay and multiplayer, and the zombies is a bonus

Zombie mode is fun. It’s an open map with contracts to complete similar to DMZ. Areas where the zombies are stronger, but with stronger zombies comes better weapons in gear you also have missions to complete, which have a story to the missions. Very fun solo or with up to three of your friends.

Dont listen to the people hating, they just hate microsoft. The game is a step up from previous mwII. Tbh best game since black ops. Get it, worth it, dont listen to xbox haters

I purchased a few days ago to take advantage of early access to campaign when you Preorder. I have YET to receive my game and it is RELEASE DAY!! I have spoke to multiple reps via live chat and phone call today and nothing has been done. I was told there’s been multiple purchases today so they are behind on fulfillment. I dont understand what that has to do with me being that I purchased daysss ago .. I am super disappointed. If they are expecting a delay of fulfillment, maybe they should notate that in the listing so people know what to expect, not just leave us all hanging with expectations that would not be fulfilled .. RIDICULOUS! As a loyal consumer, I expect some sort of compensation for the delay this has caused and the preorder features I paid in advance for that I never got to explore or take advantage of … Smh

I bought this game for my son and they said we would get a code on the email still have not got one yet don’t buy here buy some where else I have not got the code in 1 day

This is a joke… but im not laughing. Total waste if money and time. Zombies is horrible. Were you expecting Forsaken? Think again. Its 45 minutes or DMZ with zombies thrown in for fun. The new maps are a joke. I went bacj to playing Zombies Cold War as its the superior Zombies. MW2 is the best for maps and DMZ. Save your money people. This franchise needs to stop trying to suck money out of people and putnout better quality work.

Dont waste your time buying a digital code and having to wait forever. First i was told to wait 30mins but mever got the email . So support told fo wait longer . Still don’t have my product or refund :/ waisted my time

Paying 70 dollars for dlc. Gameplay is unenjoyable ane game seems rushed. Would definitely save your money and wait. Wasnt worth the full price. Every year call of duty gets more and more disappointing. Money grab
