now i have all the cod's and this one has to definetely be the best one ever. i had some skeptism when treyarch was making it but they did an amazing job. It is definetely a MUST GET and you get more for your money than halo and gears of war. TRust this games blew my mind, there are some not so great things about it like the bazookas arent strong and the connection sometimes messes up. If you liked cod4 you would definetely like this game. I didnt like WW2 style games but this one is beastly. BUY IT! Congrats to treyarch and activision.

Game is good. Not the greatest but good. Still have to do prestige. Playing online with others can be rough because of bad reception. If someone kills you but you shot your bullet before you die, your bullet is erased even though you have a good look on the enemy. Storyline is ok, a bit long and can get tiresome after a bit.

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. All he plays is Call of Duty. He says this one is the most realistic yet and is addicted!

This is a Great game, not as hard as COD 4 but still good. Great graphics, great game play, great Multi player. I love the COD series.

i would or would not recommend this product because it is not gears of war 2 and i have both games and gears of war is wayyyyyyy better

The campaign is mediocre at best they need to take this game in a new direction. The multilayer is what i bought it for and it is fun for a little bit but what i was looking forward to was the new guns which are horrible, the unlockable guns i played to unlock are not as good as the ones you start out with. Game play flowed ok online it was frustrating when someone would run by me i would shoot them point blank range but they would kill me, on the kill cam my bullets would fly to the left and right of the person.......very frustrating. Worst of all for the different game modes you don't level up different for each category, i leveled up to 40 and tried to play some different categories like lone wolves and capture the flag i had to play with people my level even though i hadnt played that. I am returning this game if i can....Activision has turned into money wh ores in pumping out this game.

Call of Duty : World at War is an amazing game, it is so addacting to play on Xbox Live.

Great game. i would recamend this to any one whoo loves realistic shooting games. its a little expensive but its worth the buy!!

This game was very disappointing to me. I got the game the very first day it came out because it had so much hype. The game was amazing at first but a couple hours of playing it got me disappointed. The bad things about the game are the maps. All the maps are huge and have no detail at all. On cod4 the maps were small and able to go to places without taking a breath. Also i surprised the game went back to WW2. I mean the maps are so bad and thats the main reason it was a failure. Also the guns are terrible and sniping was awful. If you thought this game was gonna be even half as good as COD4 then you thought wrong. So if you want a good buy then stay with HALO 3 because a lot of people have that. Also COD4 is a waste now because no one gets on it no more. So if you dont like Halo 3 and wait for Halo 3 Recon but World at war was the biggest upset of a video game ever.

I say this game is awesome it has good graphics its fun popular.but the bad thing is that they should make more better maps.

This game is not as good as call of duty 4, but is an overall good game.

If u want a game that has u playin multiplayer a lot dont get this game guns weopons really get old ,people playin are really high now in rank.Its hard to be playing modern day warfare then go back to WW2.If u want a good WW2 game get this,brothers in Arms HH,or medal of honor Airborne dont waste ur money on 60 dollar game play paintball,or GO OUTSIDE

This game is amazing, so much better than COD4. I love WWII games and when COD 4 went to modern warfare i was peeved but this game came back and just blew the WWII genre out of the water! The Pacific Theater is a great twist to the WWII genre and also the Russian missions are great as well. This is the best game of the year. Gears of War is mush compeared to this game. If your debating between this game and GoW2 get this one... it wont let you down.

Great game. I will be playing this game for a long time. I would recomend it to anyone who is interested.

This games only good thing is STory mode. THe online play is not realistic as soon as you spawn you get killed which is bad spawn placement. The Perk system is still active in this game, They need to get rid of the Perk system and this game would be much better but the run-in part of the game would be there. Too me this game and COD4 both present a Military based Halo game where u run in and shoot it up. Games are getting away from tactics and going more towards run and gunners. If you are a fan of the Story and like this kind of gameplay with a perk system to cheapen the experience and dying every 4 seconds then buy it. But if you like tactics and want to play realistic shooters go to Rainbow six:Vegas 1 until another Rainbow Six title comes out.

I thought that this is a very fun game, the missions are very fun but they are not as fun as cod 4.

Where to start. The single player game is great. and finaly a nother true co-op game there needs to be more of them. this is the only game that is just as good if not better then halo3 for on-line gaming. A great inprovment on the very disapointing COD4 that was a wast of time. The match making is good you will not be put in a match with skill level 53 it you are still only 20 skill level fun for the kids that are just starting out.
