Finally, COD goes back to its roots, and does it right! Without a doubt, this is the best version of the game in YEARS. No more robot jumping garbage! Everything the game offers is great, and I hope they stick with the roots of the game and stop making the Syfy versions of the game in the future. Would highly recommend!

I'm glad to see COD get back to their roots. The futuristic shooters were too over the top for me. Admittedly, I prefer games that focus on historical events, especially WW2 so I probably a bit biased in that regard. This game does have it's issues (sort of mindless AI, historical inaccuracies, etc.), but if you like historical shooters, this is a pretty good game. Maybe pick it up on sale if that's a possibility.

The Call of Duty franchise makes a glorious return to its' roots! The incredible cinematic gameplay you have come to expect from the Call of Duty games does not disappoint in this installment of the popular franchise. A great single-player campaign combined with engaging multiplayer. A must buy for fans of the series.

Campaign is great I just beat it pretty fast. Online looks fun just haven’t tried it yet.

It's refreshing to see the COD franchise go back to it's roots. The futuristic settings were getting old so this is a great throwback. The campaign, multiplayer and zombie mode are a lot of fun.

This new iteration of the storied franchise is back to basics in a lot of ways. If you were not amused by the wall walking, bouncing off ceilings, futuristic style of play of the recent versions, this is the one for you. It has all the great graphics and game modes that COD fans have come to expect and love.

So far I’ve really enjoyed this game. It has turned out to be pretty much everything I was looking for in a War game. The graphics look great and the sounds and voice overs sound really good. If you’re into Call Of Duty games or war, or even first person shooters then you really need to give this game a try!!

Better than the futuristic stuff they had. Great campaign. Multiplayer has its issues.

Awesome WW2 game, good graphics and great story. Have not played online with this yet.

So far I really like this COD especially the no jetpack and wall running from the past

Grew up playing the original COD games and lost touch with the franchise when the games turned futuristic sci-fi theme. The WWll game has seance sparked my attention and caused me to also purchase the remastered version of Modern Warfare which was an outstanding remaster. I would highly recommend WWll!!

This game is a call back to Call of duty world at war, which is in my collection. Its very intense and exciting, and worth every penny. The graphics are top notch of course and the sound effects are crazy, like two specific movie/TV show titles I won't mention. Anyway, the only thing about it is, you have to log into an online server to play even the single mission, which totally turned me off.

The servers for online play have been slow as of late but the gameplay is AWESOME!

I saw trailers for this game and I knew this was gonna be good. Once I got it into my new PS4 Pro... so stinking good. Looks great and the game is a must have for any first person shooter fans or fans of the older fashioned WW2 combat style of gaming. Would for sure recommend this game to anyone!

If you like COD World at War , you will like this game. We’re going back to basics.. no high tech exoskeletons or flying drones, and that’s what I like about this game. Great graphics and campaign story. Plus if you’re a fan of show Kingdom, you’ll find that one of your buddies is Jay Kulina :) .

This is a great game. The graphics are amazing and the online play is super fun.

This WWII Call of Duty is definitely needed especially after all the Call of Duty's with jet packs and players jumping 500 ft in the air. The approach this game takes with the boots on the ground is the COD I loved since Modern Warfare 4. The new care packages and classes take some getting used too, but overall I like what they have done. Double XP weekend is one of the best also. The weapons aren't the best, most people may not like the bouncing betty's and older weapons. But overall, I think they redeemed themselves and did just enough to put the franchise back in customers minds. It was beginning to get a bit stale the last few years from Ghosts, Advance Warfare, etc. I finally can get back to real combat. The maps could be better though. Not a fan of the maps, but I also don't buy the DLC map packs. This is the best COD in a long time IMO.

Probably one of their best releases. Both multiplayer and zombies are awesome.

Bought this “Call Of Duty” for my husband,and he loves it! He says,because it is true to WWll action and weapons and not another si-fi war game. There is one thing to mention, it does have some very strong language in it. Just something to think about if your planning on buying it for someone.
