Such a relief to me that COD returned to its roots versus the futuristic style games. I'll play the campaign multiple times but wish the zombie mode was available for single players. COD needs to come out with a Vietnam based game next.

I bought this for my boyfriend... he literally won’t stop playing it. Like 2 am, still playing. Falls asleep with the remote in hand! I’ve watched him play, it’s very realistic.

Zombies is so much fun on this game. Happy they brought back WWII. Only reason why we purchased it was because that was one of our fav call of duty time era games with zombies.

One of the best Call of Duty games for the current generation of gaming systems. Goes back to the root of the Call of Duty series as far as gameplay. Some of the best visuals.

It seems glitchy right now, I am sure it will be fixed but at Best Buy with the gamer club discount it is a steal! WWII as it should be!!! Awesome graphics and a cool single person experience as well, must buy this Christmas season!!!

This game has definitely brought back the enjoyment of what Call of Duty used to be. I am glad they dipped away from the futuristic game play and definitely recommend this product to any CoD gamer from the Black Ops 1 general crowd.

I’ve been a long time fan of the series so it was only natural that I buy this one. So far so good I love the world war 2 theme and at the price I got it at it was worth it

A great game with a great multiplayer experience. While the single player campaign is still too short for my liking, the multiplayer campaign is very good and a lot of fun.

This game has been out for about three months and I logged 120 hours of play so far. The multiplayer is the bread and butter of the Call of Duty series and continues to be a blast with friends. The game has a campaign, zombies mode, etc. The downsides of the game are the same as always including quick scoping, hacking, server/connection issues, and a volatile player base. I recommend it, especially due to the return of boots to the ground play, but don't expect this to feel different than every other release in the series.

No more futuristic jumping and flying in the air. This game puts you in the time of WWII , just shoot or be shot. Very hard nose action packed war game, lots of fun to play

I bought this game for my niece for her birthday. She seems to be happy since I haven't heard from her in a while... Probably because she's too busy playing her new game.

A complete whitewash of history on order to not offend anyone and appeal to the masses. Call Of Duty was built on the foundation of putting you in some of the historical batted of WWII with storylines and perspectives that gave you a glimpse of the time period. All that being said, COD does at least get back to it's roots of boots on the ground along with fast-paced game play. In-game purchases with COD points have ruled the day with the last 3cycles but now you actually have opportunities to gain quality gear through completion of daily and weekly orders. A much needed break from flying jet pack play and potential from Activision to at least implement what the COD community has been begging for. Just be sure to not offend anyone with that pesky historical accuracy from WWII.

I dont game a lot, but this because it looked cool. I have been happy with the gameplay so far. The game has been fun and the graphics are really good. I am digging it.

Still the same old mechanics... If you like the frenetic chaos of the past two games, this is just your thing. If you were hoping for a little old school... forget it. While the setting is nice and the graphics are OK, they are still small maps where very predetermined lines of fire resulted in predictable patterns of movement even in a 3 day Beta. Even in the COD version of Rush the map is smaller than most BF maps, smaller than Titan Fall maps where wall running, jet boosts and grapple hooks seem less chaotic than in this WWII shooter. There is little to no strategic or tactical thinking... it's just run and gun... and of course the most "realistic" part of WWII is present.... "Quick-scoping". Any war game that requires less aiming and more shoot-first mentality isn't for me...

Playing this game in campaign mode seem to go quite fast, unlike earlier versions of COD... Although I only played online a short time it IMHO is more fun than the future themed ones that have come out that last few releases

I don’t know where to begin with this game! Other than some features for the weapons that weren’t available back during WW2 are in this game it is still a great game!

Finally COD returns to the gameplay style that made it such a popular franchise. Although there’s a few other FPS I would place slightly above this, the return to the WW2 setting is a breath of fresh air for this franchise.

I went in pretty negative as the past couple games havent been great but i am blown away so far by the multiplayer. Still havent played single yet, but great job imo.

So glad they decided to go back to how they started. No more jumping around like you're playing Halo. Just a solid FPS that reminds you of how the franchise started.

The game is awesome the controls straight up. The kids love the actin in it. The story line is interesting and totally worth it. The full game series is a total buy.
