TONER IS FINE

BB employee got me the wrong toner

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is fine, BUT when we bought our printer, the employee picked out the toner(we wanted an extra black), we thought we would go through it quickly(as I print a lot of shipping labels). It lasted over a year and when we went to change it and it was the wrong one. I called to try to get it replaced and they wouldn't because how long it was. Now I have an extra toner I don't need... :(
