Since Best Buy stores are so conveniently located, I knew i would only need to go to one store to get the Canon CRG137 print cartridge that I needed. The Best Buy price was comparable to other stores that I had previously checked. Thanks to Canon and Best Buy I was able to complete my project with crisp, black text.

The printing is kind of good and easy to use though the price is kind of expensive.

This will probbly last me several years vs my ink jet cartridges that seem to randomly dry out with little use.

I just purchased the laser jet printer, so I haven't needed to use this yet. But, I can tell it is easy to load and best of all...it is not a box full of super expensive ink cartridges that either dry up for lack of use or run out too soon.

Always a reliable image, crisp text, and - yes, I know a lot of people buy generic toner, but - I never have to worry about faulty seals and the cartridge coming open and damaging my printer as I've had happen before. Canon is first-rate every time.

Service was great when I picked up the toner and the printer. Haven't used the new toner yet, just the one that came with the unit. I assume it will be of the same quality.

I originally purchased the printer for the office. The toner for the printer is relatively inexpensive, compared to other printers. The quality is great and the toner lasts for quite a while. We print out quite a few pages per day and have nothing but positive things to say.

Bought he printer at Staples one year ago. When the toner ran out I discovered that Staples' pricing was outrageous. Best Buy had the most reasonable price. Convenient pick up

Dumped my Inkjet printer for the Cannon multifunction laser printer and it has made my life so much easier. Prints more pages than the inkjet, ink doesn't smear when I highlight it. Very Happy...

Through many trials and errors of using generic brand ink cartridges and toners, I now only use brand name replacement ink. It has proven to be both better in quality and quantity and worth the extra money I would have saved using a lesser known product.

Needed to replace ink cartridge. Easy to install it. Lasts a good while.

I have never had any problems with this toner cartridge. If you buy a generic one sometimes you have major problems. I have never had any problems buying a genuine cartridge. The only disadvantage is that they are very expensive.

I have been using this product for over 5 years now and it has never let me down. The Quality of the print jobs is always good! I don't know what I'd do without it!!!

The toner is fine but the program with the printer reminds you way too early to get a toner cartridge ready. I know there was some other printer company that had this same problem & they got sued. My toner status on this was showing no toner & I was still able to print for months after (and I do a lot of printing) So just be warned to not rush to get a new toner cartridge and when you do, wait until print quality is poor before actually changing to the new one no matter what the "status" tells you.
