used ink cartridge

After buying my product came home to install in printer . I was very suprised to see that my coloured ink was half gone. I called the store immediately, lady did not give me good customer service, I was told to bring back ink and they would decide what to do. After hearing that I never returned. I felt as though they were not all all concened with my issues, even though they created the problem in the first place.

Printer Ink

Normally, no problem, but this time, it's almost like the ink is almost out. It's printing very light, and almost can't see the printing. I should have returned it, but I honestly haven't had time!
