Disappointing customer service by phone.

BestBuy customer service by phone is awful. I called to verify product was at store, mistakenly believing I was speaking with a local rep. Drove out of my way to make purchase, only to discover product was not at store and would have to be ordered - and I would have to drive out of my way, AGAIN. NOT conducive to repeat business!
