The salespeople were nice and very helpful. Checkout was easy, and there's even a restroom available. I'm very satisfied.

Not as good as it used to be

I realize a lot may have to do with the printer, but I was forced to switch to the current version of my awesome model when it finally broke. Will probably try another brand next time...
