    I was disappointed in the amount of ink that is used . I may have purchased this October 07 but I just put it in on October 22, printed about 30 pages and I'm already halfway thru my black ink.

    After printing about 15-20 documents, the ink levels reach low quickly. I suggest using the XL's they are double in ink.

    The item stopped working just a week after installation. A low ink message appeared on the printer after only a few prints. Since I picked up the item for installation and 30 days have now passed, I am unable to return this defective product.

    I bought this product because it was the branded replacement for my ink cartridges that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the cartridges didn’t last long AT ALL! I truly feel like they were used and repackaged as new. I printed approximately 12 packages of black and white contract, 2 of which had a colored banner at the top and bottom. Before the last sheet printed, I received a notification that the ink cartridges were low on ink and not just the black ink but both of them. That was truly unacceptable and disheartening.
