Defective item

A low ink message appeared on the printer after only a few prints. Since I picked up the item for installation and 30 days have now passed, I am unable to return this defective product.

Very low amount ink

I just ordered the same ink cartridge numbers that came with my printer. I installed the new ink, printed approximately 15 typed sheets and 10 pictures and now it says that my ink needs to replaced. I did not know that there was a different number for the extra large cartridge. My last printer was an Epson and the cartridge numbers were the same number for both the standard and extra large, just an XL was added on end of the extra large capacity number. It also doesn't help that you cannot find the ink at any store, just online. I have to get more ink or just go back Epson printers.

I was looking for Ink Cartridge. Those I used to buy (PG-48 CL-58 in a different country) did not exist (anymore or here). I was sent to these alternatives which seemed to adapt to very similar printers (different name but same specifications) and indeed, the cartridges are the same. BUT they are not accepted by the printer !

Only prints 20 pages per cartridge
